Wanted to post zero star but unfortunately unable to select this option. Used this company for many years but I'm terribly disappointed with them after engaging their service last week. Didn't encounter any issue with my system 2 air cons, just wanted them to do normal servicing, to my dismay, was told the condenser PSI was low and dirty, quoted $200+ for servicing. I declined and after that my aircons were no longer cool to use. Feedback to the admin but they just wanted me to pay extra to top up the gas and clean the condenser. I have blacklisted this company.

Degraded. Very slow response to as good as no response. These pple lack drive or seem not interested. Business too good and ignore old customer? Used to be my go to company. Sadly not now. Thank goodness found better ones! //Responsible, professional and trustworthy. I have a peace of mind engaging their service for many years now. Keep up the good job! :)

I am very happy with the aricon services provided by Ah Din . He is on time and acknowledge about air con servicing and maintenance. . He is also helpful and displayed professionalism. He is definitely an asset to the company. I would also like to think Miss Alice from the administration department in coordination works. She is also patient and helpful and provide quality customer services. 2 thumbs up .👍👍

Terrible service! We had a routine servicing on our 7 units yesterday. This morning, ALL units are faulty - automatic shut off upon switching on. They were not responsive on WhatsApp until I called them. And the answer is "Will call you before coming next working day. Today their jobs are fully booked."and "Will inform office next week to look into your matter urgently."
