    UNETHICAL CHARGING, playing with words and misleading quotation — deal at your own risk First time engaging this company to clean the AC compressor for my HDB unit. I was initially told that their technicians would diagnose the compressor first, as it had become noticeably louder over the years. I was informed that if I decided not to proceed with their services, I would be charged $80 for troubleshooting and transportation, but this $80 would be waived if I proceeded with the service. Their quotation clearly stated that cleaning 1 wall-mounted AC costs $30, with a $20 transport fee if only 1 unit is serviced, followed by 4 units costing $25 each (as per my screenshot) I ended up engaging them for chemical wash on my compressor and was charged $80 for chemical cleaning of my compressor + $20 transport, simply because I only had one compressor. Anyone familiar with an HDB setup would know that there is generally only one outdoor compressor serving the unit. When I called to clarify, customer service insisted that the $20 charge applied based on that one line under wall-mounted AC cleaning — despite the compressor cleaning being a separate service. So since I’ve ended up engaging their services, is my transportation fee really waived as they said? lol Unethical and playing with words to work in their favour- deal at your own risk.

    Saw many great review, decided to give it a go but it turns out to be a scam. We did the chemical wash and It is clear that it is $80 as shown in the message. Nothing in the text message stats that we need to top up $20 for transportation. After completing the job, they added a surprise line item "transportation fee" of $20 as shown in the invoice. To be honest, if you want $20, we give you la but just be honest and clear about it. Engage them at your own risk.
