Came to do routine maintenance. Caused a leak in the pipes of one of the aircons after vacuuming it. The leak wasn't there before the cleaning. Refused to fix it and are now ghosting me.

Very disappointed with this service. Technician came on 29 April, said there was no leak and only gas not enough, thus topped up gas. However, the aircon was still not cold even after running for hours on the same day. We contacted them immediately and followed up multiple times, but received no response for several days. Issue remains unresolved. Poor workmanship and zero after-service support. Would not recommend.

Do not engage them. Bad service attitude and unscrupulous shonky service. Very irresponsible workers. Spoiled the aircons compressor after chemical wash and not take responsibility for workers mistakes! Bewares!!! Just to warn you!

Needed help with aircon. Sent the a message on a Thursday. They replied the next day. Told me the earliest slot is Saturday. Fine, I said sounds good. They asked me for more details which I provided. After that they just forgot about me. If you're looking for a earnest and responsible aircon company. This is not it. Steer far far far away from them. Niama... Hope the business close down with this type of service. Already found and engaged another company which is waaaay more reliable and friendlier than this sorry excuse of a company

Appointment request for site survey was responded to and arranged very quickly. However, they can only arrive at any time within the 1hr slot and not at a definite time, so that’s potentially near 1hr of waiting around. On appointment day (11-12pm appointment), the surveyor called at 30 minutes past to inform that he can only reach at 12.15pm without good reason given. When pressed further, he then said he would try his best to reach by 12pm. I had to return to work so could not accommodate his tardiness. It was a waste of time and money (because I had to travel to my new home) for me. Terrible. Subsequent complaint message (yes just 1 message) sent to their WhatsApp wasn’t responded to.

Was trying to contact them for aircon service. Multiple call. Multiple text. Only one reply asking what can they help. Already explained in the SMS what was needed. Waited for another 4 days no reply. Please look elsewhere as there are more prompt aircon services in singapore. I do not think they deserve so many stars.

Poor after service. Call and message no response. Did not even update FB page. Damaged AC part in the last servicing, call n with no response. This company need to close down

This Aircool is not professional. We have called and what'sapp the no. many time and even live chat online but no response from them to arrange appt. My ac blower was stucked after the last servicing 3 mths ago and now it could not be opened. I informed the live chat online and requested for an follow-up yesterday but today i could not get into this live chat at all, not sure if i am blocked. They should at least response date not scheduled, but looking at this, this company is not responsible at all. Here we are desperate to get this fixed but they are no responding and answering.

Engaged them to do a chemical overhaul on my bedroom which cause the whole house to trip. Diagnosed to be the condenser. Happened on a Saturday evening so no Aircon for the rest of the weekend as it can only be fixed by them on the following Monday. They decided to swap my AC condenser to their old one but still insisted I pay for their services. The technicians were reasonable but their management were not at all professionals, they wanted to throw the problem back to me in the end. I do not recommend engaging any services from this company and you should not either.

Second time using Aircool services. The fancoil unit was very choked with dust and mold and the aircon technicians Banu and Kumar did a very fantastic job to advise, clean and service the units including the outdoor condensers. Now the aircon unit is running smoothly, clean and cold. Am very happy and satisfied with the services. Will definitely use Aircool again.
