Highly unresponsive and bad service. You have to chase them for scheduling paid maintenance and they don't respond.

Highly unreliable. Its more than a month since chasing for service contract appointment, and still no resolution. Finally had a to appoint a new one to maintain the aircon servicing schedule

Need to chase them to get an appointment and more often than not they will postpone only letting one know about it last minute. We definitely won't renew our contract with them. Saving a few bucks not worth our time trying to get them to service our aircons
