Ramesh, Rubel and team did an amazing job guiding my family through water flooding issues we faced at home. They uncovered underlying causes, were very accommodating in their scheduling alongside the Town Council, and a partner air con piping team, as well as offered guidance throughout the process from start of consultation to wrap of project. Their attention to detail, technical expertise and craftsmanship is first class. There were complications due to the uncovered problems which extended the work from 3 to 5 days, yet Ramesh, Rubel and team took it in their stride and tried to make it fuss free for us. Through it all the entire team had a positive attitude, was proactive and extremely considerate to our family's needs. We are appreciative of their expertise and professionalism.
