This is my Nth time using Quancheng Air Conditioning Service, and this time it was technician Liu who came to repair it. He did an excellent job! First, he was very punctual; second, he was meticulous and efficient. He not only thoroughly cleaned the air conditioner but also proactively cleaned the surrounding area (not all repairmen do this; some just leave dirty stains on the walls/floor). Technician Liu also gave me some advice on air conditioner maintenance. Overall, it was a fantastic service experience, and I will definitely choose Quancheng Air Conditioning Service Co., Ltd. again in the future.

my ac was no longer cold and the wind was weak they cleaned my ac chemically and added more refrigerant - whole process took less than 2 hours ac seems pretty good after their service ill def engage them again if it holds up :)

Very poor time management and service, they promise the schedule but never turn up. Worst case is their repair job, never get the issue fix after changing the part.

Very experienced and knowledgable. Very accommodating when asked to return to wash the compressor even after they have left for more than half an hour. Willing to work longer than their working hours with smiles and cheers!! Amazing positive attitude.

Lousy aircon servicing. Always come late. And can't fix items. Will say need to change whole unit. Then say they have no skills on fixing it. I got another company and fixed on the spot. Their pricing is very expensive too. The owner Liu just talks a lot.

Please DO NOT engage this company. Because this is landlord's contractor, we have no choice since the boss repeatedly say the aircon spoil because we didn't let them service. Speaking badly of other people just to get business, totally 0 ethics. Skill wise? At first say circuit board spoil, changed circuit board. Later on still spoil, say pump spoil. And push the blame to others saying we use cheap aircon contractors and they didn't service properly. The pipes were choked, that's why pump spoil. Just do a quick search online and you will know that the chances of pump being faulty due to wear and tear, that's why the pipes are choked, is much higher. Charged $580 to change 1 pump, luckily landlord is the one being ripped off. Ducted aircon servicing at $80 per unit. And most of the time they are late for appointment. Sometimes up to 2.5 hours late. When making appointment, the boss ask me what time i want, i asked him back what time they can come (on time), and he say depends on what time i want. I gave him the timing but still late. And the boss even has the cheek to say, if want them to be on time, book the 9am slot. Anything after that, they cannot guarantee. Please just avoid this company like a plague if you don't want to pay a bomb and yet, get pissed off by their attitude and unprofessionalism.

I booked a cleaning service for my air conditioner with chemicals on July 3rd for $380. Halfway through the cleaning, the workers said the outdoor unit needed cleaning for an additional $120, bringing the total to $500. We have our air conditioner cleaned regularly every year, and it's always worked perfectly, so I agreed to pay the $500. After the cleaning, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working, saying some parts were broken and needed to be custom-made. I believed them, but the air conditioner didn't work for two weeks. I asked the owner, and they said the parts were still being ordered. I couldn't wait any longer, so I called another air conditioner repair company. They said that after adding a gas valve, it would work normally, and they didn't find any broken parts. The air conditioner immediately started blowing cold air. Today, August 6th, it's been a week since they added the gas valve, and the air conditioner is still working normally and cold. This is my personal experience: paying money and suffering, enduring two weeks of heat for nothing while foolishly waiting for parts, only to find that adding a gas valve made the air conditioner work perfectly! 1️⃣This company's service is terrible now, and they're ripping people off. The parts weren't even broken. 2️⃣When cleaning the outdoor unit, I saw the worker release "a puff of white smoke" and then didn't refill the gas. I don't know if the employee is incompetent or deliberately making us pay for a broken air conditioner part!

I hired this company for AC servicing based on their Google reviews, but it was a huge letdown. After their "normal servicing," my main bedroom AC stopped working because the compressor wouldn’t activate. I called them, and they sent the technician the next day who found loose electrical wiring. Shockingly, they charged me an extra $50 for this follow-up fix. I argued this issue arose right after their service, but they refused to take responsibility (as expected), insisting that "normal servicing doesn’t include electrical wiring" and that their technician wouldn’t touch it. I wasn’t watching their every move—I trusted them to do the job right. Reluctantly, I paid the $50 just to be done with it. This is my experience and beware before hiring them. Think twice!
