Recently we called Greenery Recycle as we needed to dispose of our pre-loved king bed and mattress which were in good condition. They responded promptly. At the last minute, we also changed timing and they were able to accomodate us. They came on time and did a good job dismantling and removing the bed and mattress. Price was also very reasonable compared to others. Thank you Greenery Recycling Trading co.!

Dear sir/madam I would like to make a complaint regarding the collection service that was arranged with your company. Your staff initially quoted me $90 for the disposal and collection of the commercial refrigerator. I accepted the quoted price, and your staff confirmed the collection arrangement for tomorrow. I also provided the location and explained that the refrigerator is at the back entrance and would be ready for your workers to load onto the lorry. However, after everything had already been confirmed, I was suddenly informed that your staff had quoted the wrong price and that the actual disposal fee is $350. You then cancelled the collection. I find this extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The price of $90 was quoted by your company, and I accepted it based on that quotation. It is not reasonable to confirm an arrangement and then, at the last minute, change the price by such a significant amount and cancel the service. If your staff made an error when providing the quotation, this should have been checked and clarified before confirming the collection with me. I would appreciate it if your management could look into this matter and provide an explanation. I also hope your company can take responsibility for the incorrect quotation given by your staff. Thank you, and I look forward to your response.

Great experience with the two-man team (two uncles) who came to help us. Both gentlemen are in their late middle age, so we were initially concerned about them having to handle something so heavy. We had a large patio umbrella with a very heavy stone base that needed to be disposed of. Despite the size and weight of the item, both uncles were incredibly kind, patient and helpful throughout the process. They worked hard and went out of their way to get the job done. To the bosses at Greenery: please take good care of these two uncles. They are hardworking, helpful and genuinely kind, and we really appreciate the effort they put in to help us. Employees like them are a real asset to your company.

Engaged Greenery Recycle service to help with disposal of furniture and household items for vacating a 4room flat. 3 men came and they coordinated the moving and disposal very well. Very professional and honest. No rushing, pace the moving well and asked when they are indoubt. Even helped with basic housekeeping when the job is completed. The company is so creative to even print their QR code on the company’s t-shirt. Reduce the staff burden of trying to find the QR cofe for customers to make payment. Highly recommend their services!

Had contacted Green Recycle to remove/recycle where possible, last remaining items of an apartment move-out. Service was all-round excellent! From contacting Edwin over WhatsApp and sending pictures of items to remove / receiving instant quotation - to the team attending the property and expertly dismantling / carefully removing the items for disposal. The team members (senior lead person and colleague) were phenomenal - the senior gentleman knew exactly what to do and wasted zero time in tackling the tasks - from bulky items such as mattresses, to dismantling furniture in a careful manner, dealing with heavy items (we had a heck of a job with an extremely heavy marble slab!). All with great care for the property and condo common areas. I whole-heartedly recommend Greenery Recycle Trading.

I needed a big bin or skip to get rid of items that were surplus to requirements as we were moving house. I made an enquiry with Greenery Recycle and they came back v quickly with prices and availability on WhatsApp. They were accommodating with my dates and prices were v competitive. The skip arrived on time and it was carefully backed into my front yard. Four days later the skip was picked up by a diff driver who was just as careful and friendly. Very satisfied with how they run this business in such a professional manner. My $300 deposit was returned on the night itself when it did state it could take up to three days! Highly recommend using them! Thank you!
