I am a returning customer, and once again, Alex delivered outstanding service! He recently installed balcony windows for me at an older condo, which was no easy task given the tricky measurements and the difficulty of removing the old grilles. Alex handled everything with high professionalism and attention to detail. With his top-notch work, prompt completion, and reliable after-sales service, it’s no surprise I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Grateful to Alex who is very friendly and clear in his recommendations. He was patient and understood our needs. Willing to share his knowledge and explore various options with us. Even though we didn't proceed eventually due to our own limitations, appreciate his graciousness and wonderful support. Thank you Alex and his wife for coming down all the way to our home, much appreciated!

I have done few rounds of renovations and met up with quite number of contractors and salespersons. But I was completely impressed with Alex’s professionalism and customer service. He was friendly and took the time to listen to what my needs and concerns. Although our sliding windows and glass swing doors panel was custom make size, he understands our situation and make an express fabrication and install in just one week. What impressed me most was the after sales service which was hard to come by nowadays. I would say during our journey with our renovation, he was superb beyond words. Not forgetting to shout out to there Matt black frames are up to date and modern.

*Updated* Contacted installer as it has been leaking rain even when windows are shut but told sliding windows always have ponding issue. Nonsense I am not born today I have seen windows with good rubber insulation won't have gaps for insects or rainwater. Whats the point of installing windows if it cannot keep these out?!! The gap between frames and wall is also more than 1 inch which they refused to fix. Initially windows look installed well. However after moving in, realise there are many gaps for the sliding windows where insects could crawl in; it is not as airtight as I compared to friends who installed others. The weep hole is so big that a roach was crawling through it and I had to use masking tape tape up everywhere like mad person. It is so loose that when wind blows it will tremble/vibrate and hear whistling. The rubber insulation for the casement windows also has gaps or not done properly after standing at a certain angle then can see.

Hats off to Mr Alex and his team, Kumar, Raju and Raki for installing window grilles. They did an excellent job! Great! After checking my kitchen grilles, Mr Alex raised concerns that removing the existing grilles could damage the tiles. However, he said that he will do his best to install the new grilles. His team did it! The workmanship was amazing. Thank you, Mr Alex and his team.

Alex is a very professional window contractor. Not the usual contractor. Before I contracted him, he honestly told me that he was not sure if he could fix my window as the aluminium bended quite badly. Through his experience and knowledge, he managed to get it fixed within 3 hours. If you need a window contractor, I would strongly recommend Alex and his team.

Alex was extremely professional throughout the process and provided information and advice without any pressure or obligation to use his services. We ended up purchasing a full set of grilles and windows (double-glazed casement and sliding) for the entire house around a year ago. During the installation process, Alex was punctual, very accommodating in terms of schedule, and also willing to make adjustments and provide replacements where needed. After around a year of usage, we are satisfied with the quality of the windows and grilles, and would recommend Alex/Grillesnglass if anyone is looking for windows/grilles.

Many thanks to Alex and his team for their great work on the casement window replacement and aluminum grilles for my 4-room resale HDB flat. Alex is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to provide excellent service and after-sales support to his customers. His team demonstrated great expertise and skill in preserving my kitchen tiles and minimising the impact on the surrounding walls as I had done the windows installation after the tiling and plastering work had already been carried out. Highly recommend Alex and his team for the great value for money and high quality services.

Got in touch with Alex after seeing many positive reviews online, and decided to engage him to supply and install our whole house windows and catproof grilles. Unlike other big names in the market who quoted high prices but were unable to demonstrate their worth, Alex provided us with fantastic soundproofing solutions for all our windows at a reasonable price. He was always very punctual for site visits and highly responsible throughout the process. Permit application with the authorities was always done on time, and his wife AJ was also very prompt in coordination and following up with us for subsequent installations or touchup work. His workers were also very careful with our flooring, making sure to lay protection before carrying out their works. All in all, my wife and I are extremely pleased with our beautiful windows and grilles, as well as the level of soundproofing. We would highly recommend Alex to anyone who are looking for serious and professional window contractors.

This is for a 4-room resale HDB kitchen window replacement. Decided to enquire with Alex after seeing many good reviews online. Unlike other contractors who were reluctant to come down for site-consultation before proceeding or very slow in response, Alex was quick to respond and agreed for free consultation even if we choose not to proceed. During consultation, he was sincere and patient with all our questions and recommended his solutions professionally. He also assured us that it would be done well, especially the hacking of wall tiles. On day of installation, Alex came down with his team. Once again, they assured us. Indeed, His team were professional and did a great job. After they left, I had couple of questions on the grilles and its rollers. Without hesitation, Alex answered them and sent his team down again to check on the same day. We are very happy with the results! Their services had been excellent! Highly recommend!

From the reviews, I'm sure Alex is a nice and professional chap. However, I thought the showroom had a salesman for me to discuss with. I went from Bedok all the way to Woodlands just to see the samples after I texted him on Whatsapp. It is my fault for not setting an appointment with him, but like another user reviewed, even when an appt is set, he wasn't there. I was very sure to engage his services but now, I'm just very afraid to do so.

Alex was excellent from beginning to end. He was responsive when i asked for a quote, which is unusual as most vendors are only quick to reply after we sign the deal. He was also very prompt in fixing a date for consultation. During the consultation, he was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He brought all the samples for the grilles and window glass, he gave me valuable input on which windows i should change, the kind of grilles/windows are suitable for my needs, and also highlighted the particular considerations of my house and family to better help me make the decision. On installation day, he was very punctual, and made sure to personally brief his team of Bangladeshi and Indian workers. His team was fantastic. Even after Alex left, they were polite, hardworking, professional, helpful, and followed Alex's instructions exactly. They asked for permission to use the electrical sockets and bathroom, and made sure to sweep the area clean of all debris after their work was done. They were also careful to avoid damaging any of the furniture, which took quite a bit of effort because there was quite a bit of hacking and the aluminum and window frames were large and bulky to move around. They knew i wanted the work done asap because i had an infant and wanted to quickly clean the place up, so they worked all the way until 3pm and went without lunch - thanks so much for this! After they were done, the supervising worker went to inspect every window and grille to make sure they were in good condition. The workmanship was very good - windows and grilles were exactly as promised, with the measurements precise, the material of high quality, and the installation clean and with no damage at all to the surrounding area. The after-service was great too. There was a mis-comm regarding the grilles, and Alex came over after his workers left to discuss this. He did not push blame but simply offered to come back next week to fix it up. Further, the silicon for one of the windows had a small issue, and Alex touched it up on the spot. It was great because usually vendors will only perform repairs a few days later. All in all i am a very satisfied customer and recommend Alex and his team without reservation. Thank you!

I called many many contractors and none were willing to take up the job for my 3 panel windows installation cos I guess it's not worth the money in their eyes. But Alex was the only one willing to come all the way to my place and very punctuality to take measurements despite how busy he is. When his men Kumar and another guy came to install, the work was done perfectly! They even cleaned up my place after the job. Really well trained and extremely professional. I really appreciate Alex for being willing to take up my job. Thank you so much!! 🙏 🙏

My husband called Alex on his mobile 91008767 on the 13th April to set appointment at his showroom on Sunday, 18th April. He told us he will be there from 10 to 11am. We went there and was told by his worker that he was not in. Made a wasted trip. Seems like not interested to do biz.

I engaged Alex to install a casement window and a door at backyard. Alex and his team completed the job with professional quality. Subsequently, when I called him for other issues within his profession, he came and solved it ASAP even though the installation was not done by him，even without charges. Difficult to find another contractor with such professional qualities. I would highly recommend Alex for any aluminium window or door installation.

We saw the rave reviews of Alex and his team and so contacted them to install all the windows and grilles in our 5-room resale HDB flat. Alex is very professional and patient in explaining the available options and the HDB restrictions for some configurations. The installation was nicely carried out and scratch issues were prompted addressed. When he knew that we had a tight timeline, he even got himself and his men to come down on a Sunday to install the grilles! Definitely recommended!

We have engaged GrillesNGlass to replace our existing HDB windows after seeing good reviews in the internet. Workers arrived on time and finished the job in 6 hours’ time. Alex (the boss) was ever ready to replace one glass panel immediately when I noticed there was a very tiny defect on the panel. Reasonable price and good workmanship by the 4 workers No regrets

Great team. Within 10 mins of them starting work, not difficult to tell the team was efficient and disciplined. Alex is really the key guy - he does everything and is able to provide first class sales service and advice and deliver the result. First class, indeed - in sales, execution, result, extremely pro-customer service. Photo shows Alex's recommendation to have 5 panels instead of 4. Took his advice and had great results.

I got to know Alex while doing a search via Google on the internet on 1st August 2020. I had contacted a few contractors from the listing for “sliding window” given to me by the town council officer but there was either no reply or none was willing to take up the job offer. Alex was the only contractor I contacted who replied to me and arranged a time to take a look. I was touched by his sincerity, glad that finally there’s a contractor willing to help me. The original contractor company I engaged had closed down. Town council did try & help to solve but unfortunately “water seepage from the sliding window" still persisted after 6 months. It was like a continuing nightmare. I would like to commend Alex and his workers who were polite, considerate and did a very efficient job. I was assured by their reliability, honesty and straightforward, professional manner in the way they went about in getting the job done. Alex and his team fully deserves my recommendations and excellent ratings. I am glad that my water seepage from the sliding window has been solved. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs quality windows.

Alex came on time to our flat for a consultation and I felt reassured by his straight forward professionalism. He gave us some recommendations on the grill design and gave us time to decide. On the day of the window and grill installation (service yard and grills for all rooms), his experienced staff did a quick and relatively neat job. Although we noted some minor scratches and stains on the wall of the service yard which we'll have to touch up with paint. Overall, things pretty much went smoothly.

GrillsNGlass provided excellent customer service. Their workers came and put up my window grills in a jiffy and were very friendly and courteous.
