I would like to say thank you to Vincent aka Handybug for attending to my issue that i am facing with my washing machine drain pipe which has been "leaking" quite badly and excessively. A Cautionary Tale: Small Claims Tribunal Win Against Handybug / Fulminare Elegance Pte Ltd On 23 July 2025,I WON. I prevailed in Small Claims Tribunal proceedings against Vincent Tan, representative of Handybug Pte Ltd (also trading as Fulminare Elegance Pte Ltd). This was not my preferred path—matters could have been resolved amicably—but Vincent repeatedly taunted and challenged me to “go legal.” His arrogance and disdain for civil resolution left me with no choice. The judge saw merit in my case and rejected Vincent’s inflated or baseless counterclaims. Misconduct and Misrepresentation • Threats & Intimidation: Vincent openly taunted us on 15 and 17 January 2025, urging us to pursue legal action. • Deliberate Delays: Workers were deliberately dispatched late in the evenings, ignoring scheduled timings. • Negligence in Repairs: A kitchen light broken on 16 January 2025 was left unreplaced for over a month, leaving the kitchen poorly lit until February. • Distorted Submissions: Our communications were twisted, and defamatory, inflammatory remarks were inserted into his official court documents. • Consumer Rights Abuses: Despite boasting that his company is “properly audited,” his conduct fell far below the standards of a certified business. Courtroom Conduct Vincent’s counterclaims were baseless, riddled with exaggerations and sarcasm. He even attempted to charge us for samples he had voluntarily provided, and his repeated reference to jobs as “joyrides” reflected a dismissive, mocking tone. The Tribunal had little difficulty rejecting his claims outright. Quality of Work • Carpentry was substandard, with drawers were made at his ‘Standard length of 50cm’ and a countertop of appallingly poor finish. • Vincent is incapable of handling customization or modern designs; his “carpentry elegance” is limited to simplistic, outdated styles. • Electrical works were equally mishandled—cheap $1.50 E27 holders were installed, one of which broke almost immediately. I had to source proper replacements myself. Final Observations Vincent may be suited for small, simple handyman jobs completed in a day or two. However, he lacks the professionalism, adaptability, and respect required for larger renovation projects. When on good terms, he may flatter customers with titles like “Lady Boss” or “Sister,” but once his ego is bruised, his demeanor swiftly shifts to hostility, blame-shifting, and intimidation. I spent $40,960 on works with this company and ultimately had to engage another contractor—recommended by friends—to rectify the many flaws left behind. Conclusion If you value professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and respect for consumer rights, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Do not be swayed by appearances or empty assurances—my experience stands as a warning.

I engaged Handybug to dismantle and dispose of 2 built-in platforms. Vincent the boss called back almost immediately to clarify the job and to give appropriate advice. I came across Handybug in facebook. I saw their posts, how they help transform old kitchen to become new and modern, help with any handyman issues. So when my mom told me she is ready to update and upgrade her 20 plus year old kitchen, I called Vincent. He didnt waste any time and came personally the very next day. Firstly, I must say, Vincent is a very humble guy. He listens to everything that we say. He is always fast to respond to any whatsapp enquiries and he is very reassuring. That is the main reason why I sign up with Vincent. He is sooo reassuring. When I told him I need muscles to help carry appliances, he say “Can, no problem” 😁. And I never feel any hesitation to ask him anything. He is that good. His people are always punctual. And they do very good work. They dont waste time and do their work fast and efficiently.
