Excellent service from Rony at LS Handyman Services. I contacted him at around 3pm and he came by at 5.30pm the same day, which really impressed me. He is calm, friendly and works with a smile. He checked everything properly, kept what could still be kept and only replaced what actually needed replacing. The work was done quickly and professionally. What I appreciated most was his attitude and service. He told me that if anything gives me problems, I can always contact him again. Very reassuring to find someone reliable like this. Top-notch work and highly recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber. Before booking, I informed them that our water pipe was leaking and that I suspected the pipe might need to be replaced. They asked me to send a video of the issue and quoted $120–$150, saying they could arrive within 30 minutes. When the handyman arrived, he appeared to have very limited tools (he even had to use my torchlight). After checking the pipe, he simply reconnected the water pipe to the basin tap, turned on the water, wiped the area with a tissue, and said there was no leak. According to him, the problem was that the pipe had not been connected properly, not that the pipe itself was faulty. To be sure, I asked him multiple times whether the water pipe needed replacing or if there was any leak. Each time, he reassured me that there was no leak and no replacement was necessary. When I asked about the charges, he still insisted on charging $120, even though no parts were replaced and the only work done was reconnecting the pipe. After negotiating, he agreed to reduce it to $100. Before he left, I specifically asked what I should do if the leak came back. He confidently assured me that it would not leak, and when I asked again whether I could contact them if there were any issues, he said yes. Unfortunately, about 1.5 weeks later, the same leak returned. I contacted them again, but instead of helping, their response was, “You three people checked already, right? No leak, right?” They then said that the water pipe was old and should be replaced—the very solution I had originally suggested before they came. If that was their professional assessment, it should have been identified and carried out during the first visit instead of charging me for a temporary fix that did not solve the problem. After that, they ignored all my messages and completely ghosted me. Their website advertises a 30–90 day warranty, but that was certainly not my experience. The after-sales service was extremely poor, communication stopped once payment had been made, and the issue remained unresolved. Overall, I found the service expensive, unprofessional, and lacking accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend engaging this company. Engage them at your own risk.

I had a leakage issue in my toilet and the Handyman responded promptly and arrived on time. He quickly identified the real cause of the problem and fixed it efficiently. I also appreciated the helpful advice he gave on what to look out for after the repair. Overall, great service.

Roni was a great guy. He was professional and accommodating with all my pic hanging requests, even last min ones such as my book shelf. He also has the initiative to check in w me to fix issues that I didn’t ask him of (I.e. my toilet seat cover which was loose). Good experience and I feel that my home is great now.

Contacted Rony to help fix back the shower curtain which dropped off and also other patching work and repair work. Prompt repair on next morning. He is detailed in his work and patient to explain. Cost is reasonable as well. Highly recommended

Belated review. I had originally contacted the Handyman Portal in March 2025 to get a few things around my apartment pasted/patched up. I was assigned Rony, and as he is very responsive on WhatsApp messages, and did a good job, I subsequently asked him to assist with sourcing and changing the toilet seat/cover and handheld shower head. He was very quick to source the necessary part and come back with appointments, and so again I later asked him to attach a portable handheld spray/bidet. Fuss-free and efficient, thank you Rony!

I was at a loss when the handyman I engaged went MIA and did not turn up at the appointed time. i searched google and found the Handyman Job Portal and reached out to them late at night. Surprisingly they were prompt in replying and proposed to drop by the next day to do the repair. Handyman Abir came on time, was professional and polite. He changed the hinge and hydraulic springs in a jiffy. Very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him.

Rony did a very good job in repairing my bathroom door as it has been 10 years and the hinges and lock and screw have become loose and need to replace some people have charged me $280 to repair it but the price he quoted was even lesser than half of what other repairman have suggested - it’s a good job - would make them my 24/7 handyman crew on the go to fix anything else Thankyou so much
