Decided to go with Robi because of the reviews. Have not heard of this company before. Robi was available and the quotation was okay, so I went with him. One may think looking for a handyman is so easy but it isn't. Before Robi, I approached different companies and by the time I finish liaising I realise I needed to add this fee and that fee, despite my problem description already contain the details. But what makes Robi different is that there is no need for any further longwindedness just to get to the quote. The process is very simple. And so he showed up and got the job done. It has been 2 months since and no issue at all for my replaced 2-way heater switch (provided by me).

Efficient, professional, and hassle-free—this water heater replacement exceeded expectations. I engaged Robi to rectify the poor installation of my induction cooker done by another installer. The original job was unsafe and poorly executed, from the wrong switch type and misaligned casing to wires that were simply held together with black tape. Robi carefully corrected every single mistake. His workmanship reflects both technical expertise and attention to detail, ensuring that the setup is safe and aesthetically proper. What impressed me most was not just his skill, but also his integrity. Despite the amount of work involved, his charges were fair and transparent. Robi is a rare professional who takes pride in doing things the right way. His knowledge, honesty, and high standards are truly commendable. I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a reliable and trustworthy electrician.
