Joshua and Uncle Jack both are friendly and helpful. I have changed the appointment for installation a few times and joshua always try his best to help to accommodate my request. Uncle Jack demo and provide explanation in a easy to understand way on each of the function. Overall very satisfied with the service. Happie will contact you for yearly servicing. All the staff is friendly and approachable including Suhaimi who cane recently to do the servicing.

Installation was my main concern, and he took the time to explain just how easy and fuss-free it would be. Even though I didnt order on the spot as I had to check on measurement, he was still very professional. His great follow-up to share the 9/9 promotion & squeezed in delivery/installation slot for me was also much appreciated. And a big thank you to Uncle Jack for the installation and demo today. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! PRODUCT ISSUE AND COMPANY NOT RESPONSIVE!! Have been using happie joy for 2 years, after using for 2 months the machine keeps saying that there is no water supply for HOT water only. Imagine buying a dispenser for my elderly dad to make his coffee but it doesn't work!!! Contacted CS totally no reply!! then there was one night the whole machine suddenly just died off and cant on!! I contacted everyone I could find on the website WhatsApp but NO REPLY!!! then a miracle happened months later, someone texted me for filter change!!! WOW CANNOT FIX MY MACHINE STILL WANT EARN MY MONEY???? I even went on their live to comment BUT THEY BLOCKED ME! just threw the machine away.. dont waste time.

Exceptional service! Joseph is super fast, attentive and deeply committed to his customers. Day or night, office hours or off-hours, he is always ready to help and answer questions. His prompt follow-ups gave me complete peace of mind, and I felt truly privileged to be served by him. When a problem came up during installation, Happie jumped right in and settled it smoothly without delay. A quick shout-out to Erwin, the installer, as well. Even with a small hiccup, he acted quickly to get everything back on track. This level of svc definitely will turn me into a long-term fan! As long as Happie keeps setting the bar this high, I am happily here for the long run. And hey, for staying this loyal, I will be eagerly awaiting those VIP perks, insider updates and sweet upgrade deals whenever the next new model drops! Great job to management for having such a dedicated team!👏🏻

I am extremely angry and frustrated with Happie SG. After my experience, I honestly cannot recommend their products or their after-sales service. I purchased two machines — a Dream Model for my home and a Delight Model for my office. When I purchased them, I was told that Happie would remind me when the filters were due for replacement. Yet when my home filter was due, nobody contacted me for more than a month. I was told the delay was because only one person was handling the reminders. Three months later, the same thing happened with my office machine. Again, nobody contacted me, so I had to chase them myself. Even after confirming a service appointment, nobody showed up. When I asked if anybody is coming, I was told they had “missed out” on my reply despite my WhatsApp message clearly showing as read with two blue ticks. How do you confirm an appointment and then simply not turn up? To make matters worse, my Dream Model broke down after only around 1.5 years of use. It keeps showing that the water supply is off even though my water supply is perfectly fine. Sometimes it cannot dispense water at all, and other times it cannot dispense cold water. I followed all their troubleshooting instructions, but the machine is still not working. I was then told I have to pay $87 for labour and transportation just to inspect the machine, even before they have diagnosed what is wrong with it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am genuinely extremely upset and disappointed with both the product and the terrible after-sales service. A company should not just care about making the sale, after-sales support is part of the product experience, and Happie SG has seriously failed in this regard. Very disappointing experience.

I would like to share my sincere appreciation to Joseph Goei for the wonderful service and positive experience he provided throughout my journey of purchasing the Happie Dream Water Purifier. He is a patient, attentive, sincere and genuinely customer-focused. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to listen and understand my needs instead of being pushy or simply trying to close a deal. He was knowledgeable and approachable, and explained things clearly while giving me the space to make my own decision. Another quality I truly appreciated was his reliability and responsiveness. Whenever he said he would follow up, he did so as promised, and he kept me updated along the way. These may seem like small things, but they made a big difference and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Throughout the entire process, Joseph was professional, patient and thoughtful, and I never felt pressured. Instead, I felt that he genuinely cared about finding the right solution for my needs. Terrible service. The unit stopped working properly after just 1.5 years and can no longer dispense cold water. On top of that, they no longer contact me to arrange the filter replacement, which they previously did. I scheduled an appointment for the team to come at 5pm to repair the dispenser. When I messaged them at 5pm to follow up, I was told they had somehow “missed out” on my message. For a product at this price point, I expected much better reliability and after-sales service. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend buying this product.

Really happy with my Happie Joy water dispenser! The whole process was smooth and fuss-free, and the dispenser has been great so far. Special shoutout to our installer Ah Hua, who handled the installation. He was friendly, professional and efficient, and took the time to explain how to use and maintain the dispenser properly. Installation was neat and everything was cleaned up nicely afterwards. Great experience overall, both with the product and the service. Would definitely recommend Happie Joy!
