Called and requested for a repair service for my stove. paid $90 for the service with 3mths warranty included . but next 2 days same issue occured with the stove. Instead of coming down , he asked me to get help from 'cylinder guy' . Called & texted them but no response at all from ROHAN @ ARA ELECTRICAL . DONT GET ANY OF THEIR SERVICES ! THEY COME AND " REPAIR " . ISSUE HAPPENED AGAIN , THEY WILL IGNORE YOU !

It like cheating money than fix. Come and fix with $160 for 2 sides and warranty for 3 moths. After one month call then they say its price for fix one side and warranty for 30 days only. Don’t use any service if you don’t want to get cheat here. They find many excuses to avoid maintenance.

And we call Rohan he didn't answer phone, we call many time also didn't answer, Please take note everyone didn't take this service , they Are doing fake repair.

Fix with this Rohan on Monday , wanted it to be done on Tuesday but he suggested on Wednesday. So my mother had to endure without cooking. He promised on Wednesday between 3-5pm, WhatsApp him no reply on and off, call him don’t want to answer. Wasted our time , a very irresponsible person . Very disappointed

Similar experience to others, charged us $140 to fix a hob burner not working. This fixed only lasted a month or so, now no replies to messages.

Technician came to fix the issue but the person who came doesn't know the fix or he don't have proper tools,as a workaround he used metal paste to fix the nozzle he used a non branded part from another stove the old nozzle itself was good instead without knowing the issue he made a fix to cheat me, he charged 100+ the stove worked for 10 minutes later same issue when technician left. when contacted no reply from any one please don't use there services don't believe them

Worst experience ever!!! Do not engage with them! Engaged them for a repair service! They didn’t do any part replacement , just cleaning basically and charged 140$ Worst of all , if you approcah them again they will ghost you n don’t help!

Do not ever engage them. I called and ask for repair of my stove top. Their message was that they could do it and there’s a charge of $30 for assessment. Any repair works if agreeable they would waive the $30. Indian guy came and reviewed and asked for $170 and advised there’s no warranty period given for any repairs. So you appoint them at your own disadvantage! What load of rubbish. And also nobody will be willing to speak with you so seems to me this is like a half bake company operating in Wolves Clothing!

I would give them negative if there is any. The person i have contacted don't even bother to get back. Honestly speaking i am not sure if they are keen to only do site survey to collect that one time money and ghost you after that.

Ara Electrical is service price is rip off. Paid $140 for 10mins job to clean one of the stove valves, which goes off when ignited. There was no replacement of parts. Suggest to DIY, please google clean "Gas Valve of Gas Stove".

Very poor service and no commitment to the date and time given. Had to follow-up few times for the repair not properly done and still no show despite them giving schedule. Paid 70 dollars for each burner. Then end up saying no warranty for repair service.

Response fast in WhatsApp within an hours. Replied my queries and response professional. At first I thought needs to ask some one come over to Repair. He reminded me check battery first. The end is really due to battery. So, I just changed new one . Really thank you on the advise.

We have repaired our burner through this company on November 2022, and they said the problem was with the igniter and sensor and they replaced these 2 items and charged SGD 190. Their warranty states 3 months and on the same date of repair we informed their service man that the burner stability is not normal, but he told it’s like that and it will gradually improve. But the burner again had the same sensor issue and is not working just after 5 months and when we notified this to the company they mentioned that it’s sensor issue and it again need to be replaced. This comment was given without even bothering to do a service check. Poor service and product quality and unprofessional service.

Fast replies via Carousell. Technician came the next day and changed the motor. It was a difficult task cos the sides were sealed and while putting his hands thru the small hole to replace the motor, he cut himself. He even advised me about the kind of dryer I should invest the next time as my candy dryer is no more in the market. Thk you so much.
