   It may not be worthwhile to engage their services, as they are unable to provide even a preliminary cost estimate or price range to guide the customer. Instead, a fee of $50 is required for a site visit before any quotation is given. Given that tripping ovens are a relatively common issue, it would be reasonable to expect, based on their experience, a general cost indication to help customers prepare accordingly. There are other companies in the market that adopt a more transparent approach and are willing to provide a genuine estimated cost upfront.

    Don't waste your time calling. They only respond on WhatsApp — promptly and clearly, I should add. Ariston, please update your Google page. Update 10 June 2025: Darren the service guy is a gem. Calm, matter of fact, knowledgeable. Unfortunately there's nothing that can fix my particular oven but he gave suggestions on how best to manage it. Kudos to Darren for his clear explanations and practical knowledge.

    The charges keep Changing. Said transport and checking fee is $50. I agreed but when I said it’s a cooker . Change to $90. Why the amount change? Transport and diagnostic fee should be the same.

    Dear sir, thank you for your feedback. For your information, $50 checking fee applies for normal stove OR oven. Cookers are 90cm and require more time and effort to diagnose the issue hence the different cost. Hope this clarifies thank you.

    I got Darren's contact online after reading positive reviews about the company's service. To be honest I was prepared to let my oven "retired", after all it had served us well for more than 12 years. I fully expect a high quote for the repair. To my pleasant surprise, Darren said the only issue is the faulty thermostat and my oven will be fine. He was patient and polite throughout the servicing. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. And for the first time in weeks, we got to bake a lovely lemon poppy seed cake without burning it.

    He never use a digital multimeter to test the microwave. Just ask to replace the entire microwave

Unfortunately the parts faulty are costly to replace hence we advise to replace with a new microwave. For your information, a digital multimeter is not needed in this case as magnetron and capacitor are clearly faulty. From our years of experience,our engineers are able to pinpoint and diagnose the parts needed to be replaced to save customers time and provide appropriate solutions. We will need to assess first before quoting on any possible parts replacement or repair cost. Joyce as a property agent, you may not be familiarize with the oven parts and base on our multiple encounters with property agent, they will always ask to quote for parts price without knowing what is the cause.     Spent 15mins to do a replacement and yet after 2 days the oven tripped again. The repairman came and further advised the oven fan is not working, then why in the first place there is no advice on his first visit? I didn't bother to ask for a partial refund, overall experience is not great.

    Thoroughly unpleasant customer experience. The person on the phone has no customer focus and is extremely unprofessional. Like others on the list I had the misfortune of encountering a horrible lady on the phone who yelled at me when I asked for a range of what the services could cost for oven repair. It costs $50 for get an estimate the repair costs. This is about ten percent of the price of a new oven. So it would be helpful to know the typical range repair cost. If it is usually 100-200 then it may be worth it, if it is typically more then it is perhaps best to save the $50. Rather than making a potential customer comfortable this banshee from hell not only avoided answering the question but yelled at me. I felt like I had committed a crime in asking for the typical range of fees. Im not sure why the hard working technicians are being let down by a troglodyte in front office. She really should consider a career with an Ah Long.

    Andrea was prompt in responding to my whatsapp inquiry and an appointment was quickly scheduled. Darren arrived on-site punctually and called me to explain the issue with my oven in detail as i was at work. He offered me 2 solutions and the oven was fixed very quickly. Although a tad costly, the warranty, efficiency and fuss-free experience made it all worth it.

    I had a built in oven with faulty heating element. I tried calling the supplier, the supplier said they didnt have the part. Then I tried calling the official Ariston customer service. It turned out Ariston outsourced it to Whirlpool, and there was nobody answering my call (they had a 1* rating). So I called these guys instead. They fixed my oven in an hour. I'm really happy with the entire experience.
