Friendly lady! Thanks for everything, checking with me everything ok and whether to proceed with fixing and making sure everything is satisfactory before we left after it was fixed. I had a great experience and my TV is back to life again saved me many thousands of dollars if I had to buy a new one.

Super good service for tv repair would recommend this to anyone! Lady on the phone was helpful, and gave me an estimate of the cost upfront. William came to repair my tv and got it done super quick! Happy I used their service instead of the LG service (since it’s outside of my warranty already). Fixed my LG CX55

Although they did not provide me any repair service, would like to commend them for their quick response over call + chat. I received a diagnosis from the technician upon describing my issue and am satisfied with the honest recommendation to get a new TV considering the value of cost of repair. No money and time wasted from both sides.

Long overdue post. My Sony tv suddenly couldn’t turn on and all troubleshooting failed. Sony helpline is a useless line. I read Nautical reviews and decided to try them and it’s best decision ever! The lady who helped me on the phone was super polite and gave detailed descriptions of the processes they would take. The tv was whisked away and after 2-3 days it was back as good as new! The technician is very knowledgeable and advised us how we can ensure this did not happen again. Just recommended Nautical to a friend coz that’s how good their service is!

Overall a great experience. My home's Sony KD65X8500G suddenly stopped working one day. Made a call to Nautical Electronics and was served over the phone by Jesslyn. A kind and friendly staff, that managed to diagnose the problem as it was considered a common problem. The next possible repair date was only the day after, which was great. On the day of repair, was served by a gentlemen named William. He brought the replacement part and was able to replace the spoiled compononent on the spot. He was quite helpful and did explain to me the issues & how to avoid the same problem from recurring. The cost was reasonable, but they seem to prefer users to send in the TV to their shop. Still, highly recommend this place, and I'm glad Google has brought me to this shop.

Excellent service ! My rented place telly broke down and rung this place and being served by Jocelyn, who adv that Jackson will rings me back for info. Jackson rung back within an hr asking for model which unfortunately I dont have the info as the telly is hung on the wall but only knew the brand Philips (which obviously does not help). Jackson is very kind enough to come to my place to have a look (with a fee) at after office hour, Jackson explained to me about the process when he was here picking up the telly and adv will take 2-3 days to fix. Telly back in my room now is good working condition, nicely clean and it looks new :) Thank you Jackson for being very professional and flexible re the pick up and delivery timing (which both are out of your working hour). I sincerely appreciated your patience and help! Reasonable price with no hidden cost and speedy solution / fixing time. I highly recommended this place. cheers xx

Was having trouble finding a reasonable TV repair service that's not scammy and is legitimate. I called and got serviced by a lovely lady on the phone and she explained to me about my TV's situation and possible solutions. Next day, the technician Jackson came and got the issue fixed promptly, highly recommended if you're looking for a legitimate and prompt repair service.

TV repair cost is reasonable and fast response too. Nice communication with Ms lee and Jackson was done TV fixing in one day. if you are unable to deliver the TV down to their workshop, you can request collection from your house. will recommend their service and approach again if needed.

Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for TV repair service. - The people at this place are friendly, professional and very competent in what they do - My Sony TV can't power on so I brought it in for free diagnosing (no charge if you don't want to repair it, just bring it back) - They only charge you if you agree to repair it, according to the parts that need to be replaced - I went ahead with the repairs, changed the mainboard and network/wifi thing and now my TV is working as good as new - Pricing is very fair and definitely cheaper than official Sony TV servicing

I first contacted Ms Lee for the quotation and enquiries for my TV. She was very patience and friendly in explaining to me about the tv. They send down their very experience technician to check upon and give us advise and quotation. It took us more than first visit to decide on accepting, they remain very friendly. Price was reasonable and a very breeze experience throughout. Will recommend to others! 🥰

Called and spoke to Ms Lee about repairing our LG TV. She asked for the model number and the problem with the TV. She explained the likely issue, advised that the model is out of production and the spare parts are no longer available. Time to change a new TV. She was a delight to speak with. So cheerful and best of all, gave us an honest answer. I have called LG earlier, told them the same information but they said they have to send their service personnel to come and diagnose the problem. The visit alone will cost us $171.50 without getting into the repair cost yet. I'm grateful that Ms Lee saved us from throwing good money away. Highly recommended.

Called up Ms Lee (think she's the co-owner) regarding my faulty TV matter she was vry patient and friendly and helpful over the phone, got her to hooked up Jackson Tan the repair Tech (co-owner as well) came down to my place and found out it needs to bring back to his workshop for diagnostic and spare-parts and got TV back in a just a couple of days time and everything was done, Jackson was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on his field of work,also offered many advises, he really go the extra mile of explaining all the details of work done, HIghly recommended this place if you have any issues with your TV, you can be rest assured that your item are in safe hand and service rendered is prompt and reliable. The whole experience was surprisingly pleasant. I made a call before sending the TV in, and the lady who picked up the phone was super friendly and informative about the process and what to expect. She was even nicer when I met her in person to drop the TV at the shop. Few days later, she called back and informed the cost and said the TV could be picked up in few hours. Thank you so much for making everything easier!

Send my Samsung UA46ES6700 for repair at the workshop. Suspected to be a power supply problem. Friendly staff (yes the cute dog is still there) reviewed TV on the spot, changed out with a spare power supply. Although power light and sound came on, picture was still not up. Left the TV with them for about an hour whilst we went for lunch. TV was repaired by the end of our lunch and we were able to collect back. TV is now back home and working normally 👍👍.

Nice dog there. Fixed my TV nicely! Amazing work on my TV. It was not turning on and It turns out the circuit board had many broken chips. They fixed it in just 4 hours!!!! Soooo impressive! So shocked. The people there are rather nice and they had a small dog with them too. Pretty sweet. I recommend this place at all costs
