Mr. Ng from Sg Repair Pro was assigned to repair my 7 years old Sony Bravia 65K8000K TV. After assessing the TV he confidently said the panel lights are faulty and could be fixed. Two days later he brought the TV back and even helped to tape up some parts of the cover which are loose. He even stay to ensure the TV is working well. Was really touched by his sincerity and responsibility in undertaking his job. He is our go to technician from now on. Thank you Mr. Ng for a fantastic job🙏😊

Response and quote was fast. Was quoted $250 to fix the tv. Ended up paying $180 instead. Not sure if this is the standard.

Don’t use World Cup as an excuse. I do not know which company need to take 12 hours for its technician to tell me yes or no for an appt. Replying to a WhatsApp message it’s just a few seconds. Stuck up company. You are not the only tv repair company in Singapore. Would advice anyone who is looking to repair their tv to steer away from this company

Sent a WhatsApp to ask if TV can be fix. Mr Ng is very honest with his reply. Told me that the panel is damaged and to not waste money repairing it. Very honest and can be trusted. Would recommend

Highly recommended, we had the power supply replaced due to the light not turning on, but Mr Ng tested our TV after repair to make sure it was fully functioning, and took it back to fix after discovering that the WiFi function for the smart TV features weren't working. He repaired that additional module without extra charge, and kept a great attitude throughout.

Contact Singapore TV Repair Pro and told whats wrong with my TV. The next day , Mr Ng came and check whats the issue .. He did his best to fix but unfortunely it cant be fix. He advised me to buy new one. Still manage to use for a week before the TV fully died. Will definitely recommend them if needed to repair TV as Mr Ng is professional in TV repair.

I'm not much satisfied quiet here.. As within 1.5 months of service, a thin dotted red/blue line start to appear in TV(refer attacher.).. Later approached the Repair man-Ng about this.. He replied it's time to buy new one.. Being experienced service person, I'm sure if they are able to predict this short much span of post repair effects-lasting of TV, they could advise us to buy new one instead making us to spend-150$. It would be better if they refund back the money given that the issue recurrence is bit short of 1.5 months

Mr. Ng the tech, managed to resolve my tv issues. I see that some reviewers commented that he was rude but not the way i see it. He is a senior with alot of experience, very direct and a no nonsense kind of guy. He came, i told him the issues, he checked and fixed it. I even helped him to mount my TV back to the wall together as it was a big TV. I’d prefer people like Mr. NG who comes, no bs and gets the job done. As opposed to overly polite CS personnels’ who just beats around the bush and gets nothing done. Kudos to Mr. NG 👍🏻

My 10yo TV screen flickered and technician came down to diagnose. Can tell he is very experienced from the way he handled the repair. He was able to improvise a way to fix when he found out the problem was more.complex than thought. Now my TV works like new. Highly recommend this company for TV repairs

I had approached many TV repair services and described my TV problem and even sent them a video of my TV problem but none is willing to give me a direct quote and all requested to quote the repair price onsite. This is the only TV repair service that can give me a direct quote, thus I engaged their service. Highly recommended, Mr. Ng was very helpful and after two days our TV Prism was delivered to our home and is working perfectly fine. Mr. Ng service is better than Prism. I emailed Prism about the condition of my tv and I been advise to purchase new one as my tv cannot be fix. No technician inspection personally our tv but they will push you to purchase new TV. Anyways thank you Mr. Ng for being helpful and genuinely advise us for the best option. And their service was cheaper than other technician.

Did not solve my tv issue. Still charge me full price. Came down another time and still couldnt solve the issue. Ended up advised me to buy new tv and I still paid half of the repair cost.

The original deal with was that I would only pay for transportation if the issues with the TV were irreparable. However, the technician, Mr. Ng K H, demanded I pay $120, claiming the TV is fixed because it powers on. The TV is unusable due to a large, dark burn mark in the middle, and I will have to throw it away.

My Samsung TV suddenly had a blank screen although it was turned on. I call Samsung Support but their call out fee for an out of warranty TV was very high. Singapore TV Repair Pro assigned Mr Ng who came promptly and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He confirmed my suspicion that the screen could not be repaired and would be more cost efficient to buy a new TV. Their charges are so reasonable and I would 100% recommend them if you have a problem with your TV.
