15mins job for $250. They did greasing only which I have done already over the years. But this time I wanted a pro to check it out thoroughly. But all they did is grease the sliders which I used to do. So much for expecting a pro job

   Response from the business

Hi Collin, Thank you for your feedback. As mention over the phone, our servicing package includes oil and greasing of all rolling and moving parts including internal parts such as motor chain and bearings, as well as re-alignment and balancing of slat curtain. We also highlighted that we found signs of motor losing strength when lifting the shutter. Please do check with your team that was on site thoroughly on the matter. Please do call back/pick up the call so we can resolve this privately. Thank you. JIM 91117626
