I am writing to provide feedback on a recent interaction I had with one of your sales representatives. While we were inquiring about your CCTV systems, the representative's tone became noticeably rude when I asked a question that he might have perceived as silly. As a customer, I believe that there are no silly questions, especially when we are trying to make an informed purchasing decision. Although our company might seem like a small SME, we are seriously considering purchasing one of your reasonably priced packages. Good service is crucial to us, regardless of our company size. When we contacted other suppliers, they were more than willing to explain and clarify any differences for us without judgment. Your company offers some of the best CCTV systems on the market, but excellent customer service is equally important. Initially, I approached the conversation in a positive tone, and the salesperson was quite nice. However, after I asked the question in concern, his response suddenly became unprofessional. It's possible he thought it was a trivial question, but if customers already knew everything, there wouldn't be a need to inquire. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue to ensure that all your customers, regardless of the perceived size or significance of their inquiries, receive the courteous and professional service they deserve. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope that this can lead to improvements in your customer service practices.

Agree with a few of the reviews on their charges. While They are responsive in terms of communication, however they don’t take a holistic approach in terms of understanding your requirements. As a service provider, they come across as purely functional and almost mediocre as don’t put alot of effort in terms of coming up with products and solutions or more concerted efforts in recommending products that will add value and enhance your premise security. Quite superficial in terms of the way they deal with customers. They focus on little things like charging you for every singular item whilst losing out on the big picture of retaining you as a customer: and certainly very defensive when you point out their shortcomings.

Good and fast service. Price also reasonable. Cctv system working well. Responsive when requesting help when system slightly malfunction. Only thing is I would have appreciated more professional input with regards where the cctv should be placed to capture the relevant angles.

Expensive transport fee and reconfigure fee after your product is out of warranty. The reconfiguration only take 5-10mins and we need to pay >200 dollars is ridiculous. My internet router was change so need the reconfiguration. They don’t tell you how to do it also...

Spend $600+ and It only lasted less than one year, asked for technical support and they quoted me $200++!! just to come down to do reconfigure... beware of this company

Transport Charges $85.60 Configurations $160.50 onwards. Totally a Rip Off Company. A Service Call will be up to $250 Beware Off this Company. Using Outdated Software For Remote Viewings . App Crashes and Useless. "MMS" HDCVI . App from Google Store. No Updates since 2016. Thanks for mentioning in your reply that you been ripping off clients for ten years. Please don't compare yourself with other vendors as they dont charge ridiculously like your company.

Fast reactions to all my communication. Installation was fast too, this depends on the structure of the building where installed. From first contact until installation was a bit over a week and it took this long because I wanted the installation on a Saturday. When a problem arose with one of the cameras, i-Secure did not hesitate and offered a replacement. This is still to be done; I have all the faith this will be a breeze too. I highly recommend i-Secure.
