Came to service my family’s aircon today. One of the workers used my toilet without asking if we were comfortable with that. For context, I (female) am the only person in my household using that particular toilet and I am extremely uncomfortable with the fact that this particular worker (male) who is a complete stranger entered and used my toilet without my consent/permission. Its the equivalent of a male entering a female’s toilet, which is understandably prohibited even in public restrooms. This particular worker was extremely rude when we expressed our displeasure with him using our toilet and retorted - “I also dont like coming to your house”. I hope the company can come up with a set guidelines as to worker’s behavior on the job. We are paying customers and worker was extremely unprofessional in both his actions and words.
