Long-overdue review for Yong and Xian. Our AC was leaking and they helped resolve the issue. We appreciated that they were thorough and conscientious with their service not to mention patient with explaining the issue to us. For all these reasons, Premium AC is a company I’d confidently recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable for your servicing needs.

This company provides affordable and reliable air-conditioning services. I’ve been engaging them for many years, and every time they visit my home in Punggol, they provide excellent service. They are always professional, will advise me on any issues they notice, and do a thorough cleaning job. In particular, I would like to commend their staff, Dong, for his excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I’ve engaged Premium Aircon Services several times, and they have never disappointed me. From the moment I contacted their office to enquire about available slots, their team responded promptly and always did their best to accommodate my preferred timing. What impressed me most was the professionalism of their technicians on the ground. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what I should keep an eye on regarding my air-conditioning system. As a customer, I also appreciated that they did not pressure me into purchasing additional packages or services, which is something many homeowners value. A special shout-out to Tong and Sati for their excellent service and professionalism. Thank you for the great experience once again, and I look forward to engaging your services in the future.
