I wish there was an option for a negative star. This company is the worst aircon service we ever had for the 15 years living in Singapore. I never leave negative reviews in google unless it is absolutely the worst. This was the case. Please avoid this company.

Loon and Rex came to service my aircon unit. Rex text me 0.5 hr before arriving on site. While on site, Loon was quick to pinpoint the problem and resolve it. Gave me some tips to avoid similar issue. This duo is professional and no time wasting. Keep up the good work guys!

Used their service couple of months back after I had a few bad ones. I am very pleased with their technicians. Very professional, fast (they know what they are doing). Beside thorough in servicing the aircon, they clean up the place thoroughly too! To the boss, your guys are good!

The service was excellent. Both A/C tech guys Loon & John was extremely efficient and a good pair working as a team. Also Loon was sharing suggestions and was also explaining the Do's & Don's. Value for money plus it's cheap. And they also clean the area after every works has done for every unit.
