Poor aircon service from ARC. I engaged them to fix a water leak issue in my unit, and they assured me it was resolved. However, within just a couple of days, the same problem reappeared. When I contacted them again, they said they would repeat the same repair but charge again. This reflects not only ineffective workmanship but also very disappointing after-service support.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend ARC Aircon Servicing! Thank you to the ARC team for the excellent service. The technicians arrived on time, were friendly, professional and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They cleaned and serviced our air conditioners thoroughly, ensuring everything was working properly before they left. They also kept the work area clean and gave helpful tips on maintaining the aircon to keep it performing efficiently. The entire process was smooth, hassle-free, and reasonably priced. We truly appreciate the quality workmanship and great customer service. We will definitely engage ARC Aircon Servicing again and recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you once again for the excellent service! Take contract with them for one year is cheaper n good. Pay 290 for inspection fee of 50, pay contract 240 and the first servicing $240. Then you will help one year contracts every 3 months, 3 normal washing 1 chemical washing. My include comprosser wash too. Best Sholam n Sharif and another chinese man

Sohel and Onto came punctually as per appointment. 1st visit, did a quick inspection and advised on what to service to do. Proceeded with the works and I must say, they were not at all messy. Good and clean work. I can tell they were experienced. Took up their 1 year servicing package as well which I tot was good value. Recommended

Recently engaged them to service my 4 units of Daikin aircon. Technician Hossain Ali is very experience and straight away detected a leakage in the gas pipe. So they perform a pressure test to detect the leakage and subsequently recommended a need to change the gas pipe. They did a good job and now I am very happy with the performance of my 4 units. Also for their normal service they took out the fan coil to wash which all my previous contractor never do it. HIghly recommended them and hope they can keep up the good works and standard.

Dont deserve even for 1 start! Lousy service, they destroyed my aircon while doing chemical. Water entered into the motor board but later said my aircon was old and need to change all units. What kinda of a chemical service without warranty! They denied even after what they have promised. Totally stop working after they service. Disclaimer * service by them at ur own risk.
