Had a really good experience with L-Tech Aircon. The team was friendly and professional, and everything was explained clearly. Installation was done neatly and the guys cleaned up after the job too. No hassle from start to end. 👍🏻 Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for aircon installation!

Good service. Covered bed with plastic while doing the air con servicing. Different from other company who try to push for more unnecessary services which owners do not need. Sound advice and 'reasonable price' . Will surely engage them again in the near future.

First of all late for appointment, wanted to cancel, but their guys arrived, so let them contd with work. Upon completion, then was told their is 1 unit they are unable to clean. Which all my 3 years services done by them, now they send unskilled workers to do a anyhow job. Even the casing was not fix back properly. Standards drop to 1 star.

Was recommended by friends saying the service is good and I called to book an appointment, initially is 2-3pm but the technician arrived at 3.30pm. Understand might have some delay due to heavy schedules, I was happy with the professional service and advised from Lee as he given many valuable advise on how to maintain the aircon which I just installed 6 mths ago. Throughly appreciate his great service, and requested him to follow up on my every maintenance cleaning 👍. Thks

We bought our aircon for BTO at Audiohouse and got assigned L tech as the installer. It’s been 1.5 years since the installation and we have had 5 leaks in total. First few times they said the “previous installer” did a bad job, but it’s all from their company and they redid it. Then after that they said it’s due to our aircon fan mode not strong enough. The most recent one the water leak is very heavy so I suspect the pipe got loose again… they told me need $60 to come down to check it, I’m just going to get someone else to fix this once and for all Update: after we got someone else to come down and fix it, there has been no more problems for 2 years. I’m sure people can judge for themselves if they want to hire a company which writes lengthy replies giving excuses and ignoring what their customers say…

I decided to give L-Tech a try after being extremely disappointed with other company’s service. I initially engaged them for troubleshooting and eventually opted to replace my old Mitsubishi aircon, which had started having issues after 6 years of nightly use. The team from L-Tech professional, polite, and efficient. Their workmanship was excellent, and I was impressed with their professionalism throughout the process. After doing my research on air conditioners, I decided to go with L-TECH, and I’ve never regretted it! I visited their showroom and spoke with Yunqing, who was very knowledgeable and patient in recommending the best aircon for my needs and at a very attractive price too. Their installers were friendly, professional, and did a neat job. They even helped cover my aircon units since my place is still under renovation. Loyal customer for past 20+ yrs. Recently past 1 yr I have been very disappointed with the service. Few mths ago I told the technician that I was busy n had to go off when he started. So I paid first b4 leaving. But at the door I forgot something n went back to my room n to my surprise in less than 5 min the job was done he was closing up. He thought I had already left n he just did a cursory wipe n closed up. Nowadays I have to literally sit down to watch him clean. Yesterday he did not do his usual cleaning , I asked him why n he said not enough time. I was completely taken aback.

We’ve been loyal customers for over 5 years!!! Always saw you as the straightforward, no-drama, fix-it-fast kind of crew. But this last visit? Total mess. Between the poor judgment, wrong diagnosis, and a technician who clearly had no clue, the whole thing came dangerously close to being a complete nightmare.

Booked appt with them and send one technician here and agreed pay for $50I for labour transport to check. When the tech come in my wife ask him questions he show attitude to my wife. And refuse to answer any questions. So i let him check the aircon first. Then finally he start talk told us the compressor faulty. I ask him which part faulty he dun even bother to tell and gave me bills. This company serviceis terrible. Then i called there company numberalso unanswer so dun aspected good service or after sales service from them. Oh they even replied me they dun have any record or call from my booking service. Here i posted this invoice as a proof that the payment was make and only one tech come to troubleshooting .

I have been using LTech for my house and off for air con cleaning, and I am so far happy with their service. They will always remind me every time when my air con is due for service. The men are very professional, and they will check and advise if your aircon needs other services. They will never force me to take up any services unnecessarily. Most impt, they always make sure to clean up after each service.

Very good and professional, they installed my aircon and have been maintaining it for 3 years since. Even help to troubleshoot my usage and to optimize it. The staff also help me open up the trunkings to inspect from time to time and reseal them with silicone. Never pushy as well.
