Engaged their aircon installation service recently and steady pom pi pi! From the first text inquiry until they finished cleaning up, the whole experience was tip-top and super smooth. The technicians came right on time, fully koped with all the tools, and damn professional. Before installation, they actually took time to check the layout and discuss the best placement with me, making sure got optimal cooling and still looks neat inside the house. While working, they were very careful with my walls and furniture, trunking and piping also all done up very nicely. Best part is their attention to detail and standard of cleanliness—after finish, they vacuumed and wiped down the whole work area until clean liao then leave. Now the aircon running super quiet, cold down the space damn fast, truly power! Finding a reliable and skilled aircon team can be headache sometimes, but these guys definitely steady and exceed expectations. If you are looking for honest pricing, solid workmanship, and good service, don't need look further. Highly recommended, definitely will engage them again for future servicing!

I used the company for a chemical wash for three units at my home for $230. I started having headaches the next two days after sleeping in the room. My headache subsided when I left the room, made me suspect that it was due to the chemicals left on my unit, as the technician did not clean up the chemicals properly. On a subsequent day, my kid who sleeps in a separate room with aircon woke up at 4am with headache and chest pains when breathing and his pain was so bad that we have to bring him to the doctor. After the wash, I continue to find mold inside the visible areas of the aircon that is not cleaned off. When asked, the technician denies it, saying it is just a pattern on the aircon. I dug out some mold on my finger to show him. Only then is he willing to take apart the lower units and wash the parts. The poor cleaning is not the only complaint. The technician tried to cross sell us gas top up service that cost more money. I didn't quite believe there is a need and went to check online and find that such services are not helpful unless there is a gas leak in the pipe, which should be remedied fixing the pipes (else the gas will keep leaking). When asked if they checked and found a pipe leak, the technician brushed off the question and said it was due to a natural leak over time. After checking online, I learn that this gas top ups are scams to trick those who don't know the a/c servicing better. Overall, this company has not been careful in their work and disregards the health of their customers by not treating the cleaning process with care. While my encounter may be the sole act of the technician, it is nevertheless an unprofessional act of the company to let such technician take on cleaning jobs in clients' home without proper training or quality control. I wouldn't recommend using this company until they fix the internal problem of unprofessional work of their technicians. *Update: Company sent another technician to do a jet flush of the aircon systems (which was not done in the first visit). My household no more experience headaches after that. Management was indeed responsive and responsible, just unaware of a black sheep in their midst. Revised my rating accordingly from 1 to 3 stars.

Amazing Aircon Engineering was recommended by a friend. After contacting the person in charge, Boon Loi, we found their prices reasonable and decided to hire them to install our air conditioning system. They were incredibly efficient, completing the assessment and installation within a week. However, my wife discovered that the living room air conditioner was off-center and immediately contacted Boon Loi. He didn't ignore our concerns. After understanding the situation, he immediately arranged for his team to return and reposition the living room air conditioner. Boon Loi's professional and responsible attitude left a very good impression on us. The technicians' skills were also excellent and friendly. This is a professional and reliable company, and I will definitely recommend Amazing Aircon Engineering to others. Joshua Liang
