DO NOT engage this company to set up your cctv! If there’s zero star, I would give them this rating. Have been trying to get them for the past 3 weeks on the 24-hr service hotline, but did not get any response. That's very irresponsible! Previous services rendered were charged at an exorbitant rate! There were other add-on service costs one did not expect as well! Having cctv gives the owner a peace of mind to know all is well. However, when support could not be provided promptly to address technical issues, it creates unnecessary stress to the customer!

[Update: Finally sent me quotation to dispatch support on 24 June 10pm, paid on 25 June and still waiting for them to schedule a technician down to reconfigure which is a max 30-min job and it’s more than a week since my CCTV is down] Disappointed from Day One – Innotec Solutions Pte Ltd Despite the bold claims of “extensive after-sales support” stated on Innotec Solutions’ website, my experience over the past seven years tells a very different story — one of delays, poor responsiveness, and broken promises. Since day one, whenever my CCTV system goes down or needs reconfiguration (especially after StarHub changes routers during recontracts), it consistently takes days — not hours — to get any form of response. In a security company, such sluggish support is unacceptable and defeats the entire point of having a system meant to protect your home. You would expect that after years as a paying customer, service might improve. Unfortunately, it hasn’t. The level of apathy and lack of urgency is astounding. If Innotec considers this “after-sales support,” I dread to imagine what neglect looks like. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice. A home security system is only as reliable as the company standing behind it — and sadly, Innotec has proven itself to be thoroughly unreliable.

I am disappointed with their after sales services. Responses to email inquiries is extremely slow and need to be reminded and chased for replies. Requested for site services many times over the years and prices are just skyrocketing. CCTV systems is not very stable such that cameras are offline every now and then. I hope innotec can do better services than this.

An aggressive, belligerent experience with this company. We have the WhatsApp exchanges and you would be shocked the conduct and language used by their customer service. Do not under any circumstances use this company. Their rates are ridiculous. Their service costs extortion. And customer service is absolutely awful. If zero stars was an option - we would do it.

there're charges of $250 incur from Innotec everytime you re-contract the internet service provider, these charges are for them to re-configure your DNS & IP setting for the camera. i do not recommend their solution for home user. maybe more for commercial.

I had engaged Innotec Solutions Pte Ltd services since 2015. They have been prompt and professional in their installation, delivery and renewal of CCTV services at my residence. I want to highly commend the customer service team, particularly Regina, who had been spending humongous efforts, time and attention to details to help me download my desired video clip since my laptop does not use IE. I did not expect that from a customer service who is doubling up as a professional and knowledgeable technician who advises and show me patiently and politely. Frankly, I wanted to give up following the many technical steps but her perseverance and professionalism won me over. I will sure recommend Innotec to my friends as a one-stop CCTV service centre. Thank you very much, Innotec, for your consistent excellence service and for going through the extra extra extra mile!

The worst company Ive dealt with all through out my professional career... Avoid at all cost so you will not suffer afterwards, Ive given them many chances but still no improvement on ANY service at all, theyre good on following up with payments (Youll received emails and whatsapp on different person) but MIA for issues and you need to chase them!... No coordination, Technicians are not well trained, Delays in deployment (Took 2 months), and many more... so please, Avoid dealing with them. As much as possible, I dont usually write a bad review, but I think everyone deserves to be warned.

Very bad after sales service, unresponsive team and complicated support ticketing system to get them to check on my malfunctioning CCTV which was installed by them.

Charged me $180 because my router changed and their settings need to change. Best is at the arranged timing they never come down and the girl said she “WhatsApp” already. After which she say she will arrange and let us know later. Woah.... so much for service recovery

Asked for us to pay $180 for technician to come down to key in a few numbers after a router change. Ridiculous!

It has been the most frustrating experience working with a company that does not meet the customers needs within the most reasonable time. All their websites mention that they are the leading security and they want to outperform the rest. That is far from reality! I have been having issues with viewing the cctv for the past 4 weeks but no solution has been given despite calls to the hotlines, sms and emails!! I wanted to configure it myself and called them for the relevant details. They didn't have the accurate details as well. Back to square 1. Now another problem crops up when the door access is faulty. Called in from usual number no one picked up. Used another number, went thru immediately. This time called back to say the charges I have to pay to fix it. The company is not concern about the welfare of their customers. They are only quick to reply when money is concerned. And their services are not cheap (including $80 transport fee just to come down, getting work done is another charge, and if its within 2 to 3 working days its another additional charge of over $100 if not you have to wait for 2 weeks plus ), and their solutions will only last for awhile and you have to be back calling them again. Have been using their services for past 2 years, its never been a smooth experience except when payment is concerned. Will never recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing.

Sales and Technicians were all very friendly. Installers also did a good job during the installation. Aftersales department were patient enough to teach me step by step on how to view my CCTV.

This is a scam shop. After I have installed for home use. It often has hosting issues and when you call them, they only have 1 technician can Ting yuan, not v helpful, unfriendly and often uncontactable. They will always end up asking you to pay for the technician to come down. Every year there is definitely some issues, not to mention when you change router or telco service provider. Also every year now you have to pay service fee ... simply just to keep your system. This was not told when I set up initially. They probably realized they have no more revenue stream and need to squeeze some out of existing customers. They should be blacklisted for their unprofessionalism and unethical practices. .

Over priced and not user friendly for home users in my view. Installed Innotec's CCTV product for $1,800 two years ago. When I renewed my broadband plan and changed my wifi router, I realised CCTVs had to be reconfigured to connect back to the wifi network. I asked customer service how to reconnect cameras back to the new wifi and they said there's absolutely no way to do it yourself other than to ask Technicians to come down and reconfigure for you. The cost of doing so is $95-350 (before GST) for a person to come down for a simple task to "reconfigure" wifi. I asked customer service if there was any other way to deal with it (like instruction manual to do it ourselves) and they said no. First, I don't find the product reliable. It was prone to disconnection (average once a month) and we had to contact customer service to reset it back. Now it's ok. Second, customer service is poor when you need help, which I soon realise from Google and Facebook review that it's not a problem faced by me. You get warranty for the first year. But after that, you're left alone and have to pay at least $100++ for simple services because you changed your wifi network. Innotec "Solutions" definitely not providing any cost friendly solutions for customers at all...

Before the sales the staff were professional and replied always on time. The minute after the sale, we had incidents every time we wanted to check the CCTV. I recorded 8/10 instances when I wanted to check CCTV and was not able to because either: - Faulty Hard Drive - Hosting Issue - The recorder box needed to be reset - They had my staff create the password instead of the manager (still to this day we don't have access to that CCTV). They want us to pay them to replace the password I would say if you want to have a secure CCTV system an business, you should stay as far away from Innotec as you possibly can. I will actually be reporting them to CASE as their systems sold were unreliable.

Innotec is my go-to for surveillance systems. I work in a high-security building and I have liaised with Innotec on several occassions ever since they installed their CCTV system in my company 3 years ago. Their services have been dependable especially when I know I can contact the salesperson taking care of my account directly. Innotec's dedication to my company is also admirable. There have been situations when the system faces an error or malfunction and it wasn't difficult for me to reach them and for them to make me feel prioritized. However there were also times that they couldn't respond to my issues immediately and they explained it was due to their overwhelming amount of accounts they have to attend to. 4 days ago I installed a system for my new condo unit. The salesperson handling my account worked with me personally to secure my home. Their installation team also worked well with my contractor to make sure all cabling is neat and tidy.

Before sales, the staffs are very nice and professional. However their after sales service is horrible. Utterly horrible. They are unreachable most of the times through their service hotline. When I can eventually reach them, scheduling of troubleshooting will take at least 4 - 5 working days. This is not the end, through 4 years. I needed their after sales service for different reason. First, the DVR stopped working after a power trip. After weeks then I am able to reach someone (through sales hotline and not service hotline)! Worst is I was told that the DVR is broken when the technician came down. Replacing the DVR will take another few days and it will cost me $600 including transportation cost. Next incident is went I replaced my router. After I replaced it, I cannot view CCTV footage out of home. I was told by Innotec that the DVR needed configuration that will cost me $97. I am fine with it but it still required 4 days before someone can come. On the interim, I switched back to old router and all is fine. The day came when the technician came to configure the DVR. After 2 hours, no connection can be established. Was told that it could be an incompatibility of the new router with the old DVR. Was advice to replace the DVR to a newer model. I then asked the technician if I can use back the old router which he said no problem. When I plugged back, no video and connection. Now I am being forced to call them back to try a new DVR and be charged more once again.
