   We were first introduced to Alvin in 2017 when we were sourcing for an IT service provider to handle a project. Back then Alvin was working with an IT firm. That firm did not meet the criteria to swing the vote to them unfortunately. Fast forward to 2023, Alvin having setup his own firm, reached out to us to offer IT services. We were already having a contract with another IT firm but we were not entirely pleased with the service and performance they were providing. We contacted Alvin and we explained the mess the contracted company had left us with. Added to their poor after-sales service, there were issues dangling without solutions. This prompted us to consult Alvin. Alvin promptly assessed the situation and did inspections here and there. With years of IT experience, Alvin on the spot was able to advise and recommend what are the options available. Alvin was able to solve the problems within a short period of time. Ever since then, we have engaged IT4U again and again for support as we are very pleased with IT4U professionalism and the price for their services are very reasonable whether they are for onsite or remote support. What is most important is honesty, we were never asked to spend on any unnecessary products to fix issues (if you have encountered IT consultant with sleazy sale method, you will understand what I am talking about) What we like about Alvin is his humble, down-to-earth personality.
