   I like to quick response and prompt repair of my toilet bowl. Mr Gana knows exactly what to do and is fast and neat.

   Did a small renovation for my bathroom recently. However, so upset that things are not going well as expected. The bathroom warehouse where i purchased all the items, appointed the plumbing team, which i believe is their second party contractor for the installation work. I feel completely betrayed by the plumbing team and the salesperson, especially considering that i had paid for the job in full. Installation cost was not cheap either. The work is so terrible. Neglected my saying and continued did their work. Making me doubt in their competency and the team ability to complete the task. Their supervisor seems arrogant and sure of himself. Unfortunately, the results of their plumbing handwork quality did not meet a reasonable standard. Measurements using a tape measure or ruler are common in renovation or construction activities. But, their measuring method is at another level. Despite my repeated reminder and request, i still noticed that they adapted to “Measure By Eyes” technique instead practicing of using measurement tool or tape. Had told them to install the mirror cabinet at the centre of the basin. It is incredible how the mirror cabinet ended up like 6cm (nearly an inch), gap to the centre of the existing basin after installation. Looking at the water heater bracket and noticed that the wall plug is not fully connected to the bracket which resulted the water heater in a slanted position. The mini ball valve which connected to cool water inlet was being over-tightened and causing something about a 2cm crack line to the ball valve. They did not tell me anything, they put everything back, glue being applied to the crack line, they probably hoping that i would not find anything out. I noticed leaks from the cracked ball valve two days after the installation was done. Suddenly came out from my mind, how careless and irresponsible they are.

   Today , 11/01/22 , my immediate neighbour above my unit had sewer chokage problem . He engaged J One plumber to clear the pipe chokage caused by the hardened cement . They attended to my unit to clear the chokage. Work done with minimum fuss , and my special thanks goes to one Mr Jimmy. He and his man work professionally. Good job , well done 👏 👏👏

   Reasonably priced and good communication to confirm appointment. Can be seen there's good coordination between coordinator and onsite team. Came back twice within the same day to rectify after highlighting small leakage of water heater installed.
