Great service and highly recommended! I was locked out of my room, and even though he was already knocking off, he was nearby and managed to reach me within half an hour. He unlocked the door without damaging the lock and took the time to share useful information about different lock types and brands I could consider in the future, as well as tips on maintaining my locks. Appreciate the quick response and professionalism!

I really don’t know where to start! Firstly, exceptional customer service and responsiveness. Secondly, unimpeachable honesty and integrity. He could have charged me for a replacement and I wouldn’t have known any better; instead, Jason figured out the issue that required just a manual tweak and did not charge me for it. He was friendly, knowledgeable and his personal story was inspiring.

Jason has great product knowledge on the various lock Systems and provided excellent solutions to my lock issue . He is polite , friendly , detailed and extremely neat in his workmanship . During the visit he took the trouble to explain the process to me and provided me with clear understanding of what the job entailed . What was to have been be a quick half hour job took more than 3 hours due to unforeseen challenges faced on site . He was professional and managed to resolve the issue and most importantly , he did the job with a smile and delivered a beautiful execution for the two units of door locks . He is very efficient and reasonably priced . Jason is a delight to work with and I would highly recommend his service to anyone .

Highly recommend JP Lock Solution! Jason came over to help with my service balcony door, which was badly stuck and turned out to be quite a difficult job. He was extremely patient and put in a lot of effort to get it fixed properly. He had to make several trips between his car and my unit to get different tools, cut the bolt, and carefully work on the door. He also applied WD-40 and worked on the side of the door/ledge to make sure it could open and close smoothly again. Really appreciate Jason’s persistence and professionalism. Instead of rushing through the job, he took the time to find the problem and make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Excellent service and workmanship. Thank you, Jason! Definitely recommended if you need help with locks or difficult door issues.

Mr Jason is very professional and fantastic. He did his work diligently and sincerely. Will always try to save customer’s money instead of asking customers to spend more. My toilet door was locked as the latch was not working. Instead of replacing and forcefully remove the lock he repair and make sure that it is still in working order. He clean up after he is done with his work and will go extra mile to do extra to make sure the repair/replacement is done properly without hiccups later. He will share his experience for learning purposes and gave advise when should so we house owner do not repeat mistake that we did not realised. Multiple thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍

Had a great experience with Mr. Jason. He arrived promptly and was extremely patient throughout the process. He spent a lot of time trying every tool and method possible to unlock the door without damage. When it became clear the lock was completely jammed/stubborn, he explained the situation clearly before proceeding to break the old lock and install a brand-new one cleanly. His honesty, dedication, and professionalism were top-notch, and the final price was very reasonable. Highly recommend his services if you want an honest and reliable locksmith!

I engaged JP Lock Solution for a complete overhaul of my brother's old main door and gate locks. JP Lock Solution is the definition of a one-stop shop—Jason brought everything needed and handled both jobs in one visit without any hiccups. He recommended we go with Possee BTO Original brand locks, and negotiated for us extra keys (from 3 to 5) for the required Keyalike system. I’m thoroughly impressed with his one stop service; i.e to source, negotiate, place order, pickup the locks and do full installation. The new hardware feels incredibly secure and operates smoothly. The most impressive part? The “finished job” photos don't do it justice. The locks are perfectly aligned, the keys work like a dream, and he even touched up the old scratch marks on the gate. Jason was very professional and well knowledgeable in dealing with a complicated lock. We were told by other company that if they can't get the door unlocked, they will have to break the lock so I'm glad we acquired services with JP Lock instead. Jason tried several methods to get the door open, after sometime he managed. Just glad he didn't have to replace the lock.

I’m very thankful for the excellent service provided. My gate lock had an issue, and he came all the way to my house to check it. My bedroom door slammed due to a very sudden heavy wind, which resulted to the door knob getting stuck. Mr Jason came immediately and assisted to pry open the doorknob. He was extremely patient and took the time to explain the quality of the different parts of the lock that he will be using before installation. Also. the side panel of the gate could not be opened. Instead of simply recommending that I replace it with a new one, he thoughtfully swapped the top and bottom panels to save me unnecessary expense. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to find a cost-effective solution. Since my gate was misaligned, Jason also took the time to adjust and resurface the grille and other components so that the gate could close smoothly again. On top of that, he checked my main door and made the necessary adjustments to ensure it closed properly despite expansion and contraction caused by weather changes. To top it all off, knowing that the job would take several hours, Jason thoughtfully bought lunch for me. It was a kind and unexpected gesture that reflected his genuine care for his customers and made the entire experience even more pleasant. Jason spent almost five hours making sure everything was done perfectly without rushing the job. Had a really good experience with JP Lock. I contacted him yesterday because our bathroom door latch was broken and the door couldn’t be opened. He first suggested a few ways for me to try myself so I could save some money, but unfortunately they didn’t work for my situation. He came over this morning, opened the door and fixed the lock professionally. He also helped do a maintenance of our other locks at no extra charge and explained what had caused the problem.
