   I have used Arthur a few times and have never had any problem with his service. Once he came to my home to check why my printer wouldn't work. It turned out I plug the cable into the wrong slot. Very silly of me but instead of charging the usual $60 visit fee (This is the standard price all repairmen charge for home visits) Arthur charged me $50. Maybe some of you think that's expensive but to me it's the price I pay for my own stupidity. I don't make such silly mistakes again, believe me! I find him very responsive to my text queries and can assure others he is patient, technically competent, and reasonably priced.

   Beware of this IT guy! He will ask for money when he is the one causing issue to your laptop! I suspected my laptop had viruses and sent it to him to clear, but he uninstalled my app instead without my consent (I am using that app every single day). Now, I am not able to re-download the app and when I ask him why I am not able to re-download it, he said there may be some window glitches/problems. I asked him to re-download it for me because he is the one who caused my laptop to have window glitches/problems, and he refused to do it without cost. And now, he blocked me when I ask him to do it without extra charges. So ridiculous!!!

   Jia Yi isn't sharing the complete story. The program that was deleted is a third-party software from China with questionable integrity. When I performed a virus scan on her laptop, serious threats were detected. The antivirus recommended deleting these threats. It wasn't feasible to call her for approval on each individual threat. Additionally, any deleted program can be reinstalled later. She's overreacting to the situation. I don't support dealing with irrational customers like her. btw, i charged only $20 for the full virus scan which took more than one hour. The program in question can be installed successfully on my computer. When the same program cannot be installed onto her laptop, her windows clearly have glitches which requires fixes. She asked for free fix. I can't possibly do that, without additional charge. Can you see how petty she is… refuse to admit her windows has problem which requires fix, in which additional charge is liable. Blocking her in whatsapp in the wise thing to do. I have no time for such petty girl. Submitting review without painting full story, is a clear sign the review is not rightful, ie. sender trying to paint a picture favourable to them. My conscious is very clear. Whoever reads this and decide not to consider my service, I am perfectly fine with it.

   i dropped my laptop. Casing was cracked and dented; screen was damaged. I thought i need to buy a new laptop. But... Arthur was very skillful to do all the necessary repair and replacement to restore my laptop. After the repair, my laptop is even more robust than before. Thank you Arthur!
