When an autogate couldn't work properly, it is a hassle as its the main entrance door. Joel is responsive to this situation and with a good knowledge , experience and thougtfulness the job is done professionally. This gives a good name to LTM. Keep it up.

Would like to recommend the service provided by Joel from LTM. He is experience and profession in his work. Whenever there is issue on the auto gate he will try to come over and resolve the issue asap. He is also very helpful and patience. His fee and service are very reasonable.

The technician was really helpful and experienced! He was able to identify the problem quickly and was able to advised me over the phone to overwrite the system with the manual key to release the gate.
