Woke up this morning to discover that my main mild steel gate's top hinge was broken and so i could not close my gate. Found MCHS and whatsapped them if they could get it done today. After expressing my concerns that it would get worse if not arranged today, lady boss Jacqueline addressed my concerns by specially arranging for her technician/welder Hossen to come down to fix it in the afternoon. Hossen arrived promptly within the timing that Jacqueline gave -he actually cabbed down since he came from the opposite side of singapore and the driver was not able to drive him here - and proceeded to check the problem and fix it, while explaining to me what was going on. He is very patient, efficient and skilled and told me what caused the gate misalignment and what he was going to do. Since this required welding, he laid all the proper materials to protect my flooring and my door and even helped to make the other 2 hinges of my gate more sturdier so that this issue will not happen again, and then painted it with a matte black oil paint. He made sure that I was happy with the fix and the alignment before he considered his work done. Then he cleaned up the area nicely and even did a quick check on my toilet bidet to assess the leaking when he was in the bathroom mixing putty. Hossen is very knowledgeable and I also learnt the reason for my rusting gate (no thanks to the contractors i engaged, but that's another story). From the start to the end, everything went great. Timely, professional, friendly, efficient, skilled, patient. I am really happy with the service rendered and will recommend MCHS to all my friends and relatives should they need handyman services. And of course, i will seek MCHS first from now on if i need any handyman services. Thanks Jacqueline and Hossen once again!

My laundry hanger and all the clothes fell off due to a previous poor installation with nylon wall plugs. We engaged MCAHS to install the laundry hangers on 21/7/26. Master Handyman provided steel expansion anchor bolts to install the hanger which ensured the hanger installation is safe and will not fail again. Handyman Mr. Hussein provided an excellent service for the installation. Thank you very much to MCAHS for providing the correct materials and professional services for the job!

I had an excellent experience with Master Handyman Services. I would especially like to thank Hossen Aoulad for his outstanding service. He arrived early and waited patiently in the lobby before starting the job. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. He assisted with changing the electrical socket and even helped to move our heavy washing machine without hesitation. What impressed me most was his dedication to ensuring everything worked perfectly. He carefully tested the washing machine and even waited for the new machine to be functioning well before leaving. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend Master Handyman Services and especially Hossen for anyone looking for reliable and excellent handyman support.

Contacted this company regarding a customised door hinge that needed to be repaired urgently. Jacqueline was very efficient and professional. Arranged a date, sent her repairman to remove the hinge and brought it back to their workshop for welding before installing it back again. All done within a few hours. They are fast and their price is very reasonable compared to other companies who gave quotations for the same job. I would highly recommend them. Really no fuss and makes everything very convenient. From the coordination to payment. Jacqueline even sent an invoice with photos of the completed job. I will definitely look for them again if I need to get anything done.

I highly recommend Master Handyman Services. They handled a long list of minor works for my condo, and the job was executed perfectly and efficiently. The work included various tasks across the apartment, such as: • Renewing the silicone sealant in the kitchen sink, master bathroom, and common toilet. • Repairing a leakage on the master bedroom rain shower mixer tap. • Installing a new kitchen ceiling light. • Minor carpentry (re-attaching a detached laminate piece and adjusting the TV cabinet). • Painting and patching walls in Bedrooms 1 and 2. • Installing balcony blinds. They were professional, prompt, and clearly skilled across different trades. All the items on the invoice were completed to a high standard, and they even removed some wall plugs and applied putty complimentarily. A truly reliable service provider!

The technician checked the cause of the water leakage very thoroughly and put the right solution to fix it. He also kindly explained the cause, what he did and advised me what I need to be careful. After the repair the office reached out to me to confirm the resolution and even the technician revisited my home to confirm. Very impressed with the service and thank you so much. Excellent customer experience!
