• Punctual (rare quality in this business). • Meticulous - Shajahan came for an initial site visit to assess the problem, also did a terrific job laying out the pipes neatly. • Knowledgeable - spotted the issue right away when other plumbers couldn't. • Attentive - paid attention to my instructions, sent me a rough diagram to confirm, and followed through. Edit: I have since engaged Master Plumber to fix other problems and Shafikul consistently offers quality solutions. He is very experienced and is able to diagnose problems quickly and accurately. He is also honest when he can't, but will take extra steps to make sure all possible issues are fixed. Highly recommended.

Shafikul helped me with my super noisy toilet bowl issue which I had been hesitant to fix for a long time because I did not know if it would be a messy affair. However, Shafikul came, assessed the issue and changed the internal valve which solved the problem instantly. My parents also asked him to check out some leaks that were happening in the house and he fixed all the issues promptly. I have referred him to several friends and colleagues and they all agree with me that he is efficient and provide good value for money for his service.
