   Inconsistent. We initially had a great cleaner but she left after a few months. We then had a few others who weren’t great, left food in the sink, and one who severely scratched our bathroom sink and stained our wood floors with bleach. Finally, we had one who was ok for a while and then just started being really lazy and leaving early without doing basics. The final straw was when our dog walked under the dining table right after the cleaner left and came out caked in dust. It hadn’t been mopped or vacuumed in weeks. Customer service is polite but they don’t do anything to fix the issues. You’re still paying full price whether they do a good job or not, damage anything, whether you have to nag the cleaner to complete basic tasks. They just offer to send someone new next time. At the end of the day, I’m paying a premium, managing their staff and still cleaning my own house.

   I engaged Ministry of Clean for regular home cleaning services, and from the very beginning, I made one point absolutely clear: my Mulberry silk bedsheets and linens were not to be touched or washed under any circumstances due to their delicate nature and high replacement cost. This instruction was communicated at onboarding, reiterated multiple times to the helper, and also documented in writing. The company acknowledged this requirement and still chose to take me on as a client. The first few sessions went smoothly. However, despite all prior instructions, the same helper eventually washed the silk linens, apparently forgetting the guidance. As expected, the fabric was damaged — something that was entirely avoidable. The damaged Mulberry silk linens are valued at approximately $3,500, and the company, after conducting their own assessment, agreed that the items were damaged. To their credit, they did respond and attempted to offer a resolution. However, they declined to take full financial responsibility, instead offering $1,500 worth of cleaning credits, which does not address the actual issue of replacing the damaged items. We spent 3 weeks attempting to resolve this amicably, including proposing a reasonable cash settlement so that we could replace the linens directly, but this was not accepted. The concern here is not just the damage itself, but the lack of accountability despite clear prior agreement and documented instructions. A simple internal system to properly flag and enforce special handling requirements could have prevented this entirely. Given their presence in higher-end residential developments in Orchard, I expected a much higher level of care, professionalism, and responsibility. Overall, while the day-to-day cleaning was acceptable initially, this experience raises serious concerns for anyone with valuable or sensitive household items. I would strongly recommend ensuring strict safeguards and accountability measures are in place before engaging their services.

   The Ministry of Clean provided exceptional service! I booked their post-renovation cleaning package, and they arrived with a team of professionals ready to tackle the job. Every surface was thoroughly wiped down, and they meticulously cleaned every corner, leaving nothing overlooked. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I’ll definitely be using their services again!

   Inconsistent service and helpers are generally slow in performing the tasks resulting in some tasks couldn't be completed within the 4hr session.

   I search this company via Google as good review. I engage their services and what I get is totally different. 3 cleaners for 4services. Direct them to wipe toys and they say ok but never do it. I tell them detailed wipe and no vacumn and mop needed..The cleaner clean very surface area which less than1hr can finish entire house.They like to go to places where no ones and sit or pretend to wipe for some times.. I will never ever will engage with this company anymore..
