Don’t waste your time. Arranged an appointment for 4pm at my house. I had to leave work early, and then they arrived two hours late. When asked why, the guy lied to my face and said they were ‘stuck in traffic’. Please. Save yourself the trouble. There are better electricians out there.

Very unhappy with the service and will not engage them again. You can also read the other one-star reviews given by other people. I was charged S$800 to replace a few circuit-breaker switches following a short circuit that originated from my water heater switch. I was not provided with a detailed explanation of why each replacement was necessary (just that my circuit board needs upgrade since it is old after 10 years), and I did not observe additional troubleshooting before the recommendation was made. I requested a receipt after the work was completed but have not received one yet. After speaking with other electricians and researching the replacement parts myself online, I felt that the price charged was significantly much higher and the additional work unnecessary. Some electricians I consulted, after viewing an original photo of my circuit box, told me they would not necessarily have replaced all the additional switches. The electrician also took away all my original circuit breaker switches that he replaced and did not return to me.

Engaged yesterday night for a switch replacement. Technicians are experienced but didn't follow instructions on power supply locations and could have communicated clearly on the diagnosis clearer to avoid having a new switch that don't fit forced in place VS having the original since it wasn't faulty. They asked me the wire position but cut me off and insisted on their wiring position. As a result of their unclear communication and intent, I had make do with the installed switch and tape the switch to prevent short-circuit due to the gap. They should had listened that swapping the switch was part of the trouble shooting for the cove light that went down and replied my multiple questions on the diagnose

07 Jan 2026, 8PM +- : Came with 2 foreign technicians. Their behavior was highly suspicious; it appeared they were trying to mislead me, with their main aim seemingly being to acquire more money. They seemed to be trying everything to scam for additional charges without solving the issue completely.

Made a reservation in advance with some light issues. The visit got cancelled at the time that they were supposed to arrive, fine, we reschedule to next day. Yet again, failed to show up, upon calling then they say they cannot make it today. Poor service, I’d advise avoiding this service. If cancelled in advance, fine but the fact I need to call, had people at home waiting to receive just felt like a gut punch.

Husband tried his hand at converting switches to smart switches which gave so many problems. Em from Kona was able to help me resolve and update the lighting switches in the whole house. Friendly and professional. Would def hire him again!

Unprofessional, quoted sky high prices and couldn’t even do a proper job. The power point was not working after the guys replaced powerpoint. Had to get another company to fix their mistakes and spent another sum of money. Definitely DO NOT recommend.
