I contacted Melvyn on a Friday night regarding a leaking toilet bowl. Even without visiting, he was able to identify the issue just from the photos and video I sent, and clearly explained what needed to be replaced. As the leak was quite bad, I asked for an urgent appointment — and Melvyn promptly arranged for it the very next morning. The plumber arrived on time, completed the repair neatly, and had everything fixed and cleaned up in under 10 minutes. I’m really impressed with their fast, efficient, and professional service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend My SG Plumber for anyone looking for reliable plumbing services in Singapore!

Water Heater installed, later installer says wiring need extend. Promised to come back complete job 4 days later-MISSING IN ACTION. Just call to self engage electrician. Super Extreme LOW CLASS install given. Think TWICE if you wanna get items from here. Now water heater installed which TOTALLY cannot be used = USELESS

Engaged them for the first time, via KDK Support Team. The pricing is transparent, as promised during quotation and no hidden surprises. The staff came super promptly at 9am and meticulously performed the water heater installation. Staff only left once everything is OK and properly tested with customer involvement. I have several experiences engaging "professional" services from other companies, even in-house teams from the larger retailers, and I can tell you that majority of them are very sloppy and show ya-ya attitude -- installed finish then go off abruptly. Does that sound familiar to you? Not for My SG Plumber team; even the communication was on-point and pleasantly friendly -- which was way above my expectations in 2025. As a very simple person and wanting to get things done, I also don't talk much. Even for the simplest things, Most companies are just plain rude as if I owe them money. Am more than happy to give business to My SG Plumber and I'm glad I did. Will engage them again when I move house in future. Highly recommended company.

I recently bought two toilet bowls for $400 each. Very professionally done. The admin staff Natasha was very helpful. I had gone to their showroom. Natasha showed all the display items and explained well. They were very accommodating with regards timing. The technician who came was a Bangladeshi. Also very good. Very clean work. All in all. 5 stars. All good about them. Zero problem. Well strongly recommend. Trustworthy.

My Ariston water heater started leaking after 2 years. Needed to urgently look for a plumber to replace it. Came across this company on Carousell and was impressed by the photos taken on replacing water heater behind false ceiling. Immediately contacted the seller on Carousell and relayed my situation. Photos were provided to them for them to make assessment, recommendations and quotation. The price is reasonable and breakdown is given. No hidden charges. Appointment was made the next day for the staff to come down to replace my water heater. The plumber arrived promptly and did a very well done job with the replacement and the patching back of the false ceiling. Even cleaned up the area well after that. No complaints from my end. Will likely use their service for my mom’s house next time to resolve some plumbing issues. Overall, a very pleasant experience and will recommend this company to others.
