Two days ago, after my family member took a night bath, both bathrooms in our house suddenly flooded. I panicked—unsure what to do next—so at midnight (12 AM), I contacted the 24/7 EMU Town Council for help. They picked up to inform that their personnel will check only the main pipe and I can call next morning as they will send their personnel within an hr. I also WhatsApp my personal handyman representative with photos and videos of 2 bathrooms flooding. The following morning, town council staff arrived within an hour and confirmed that the main pipe was intact. However, they identified a blockage in the U-shaped shower drain that required professional plumbing intervention. I then called my personal handyman representative and asked if he could recommend any specialized equipment or methods to unclog it—I suspected stones might be causing occasional sewage odors—but he advised me it wasn’t likely stone-related. To find another solution quickly,I searched Google for reputable plumbers in Singapore and requested quotes from several companies. Raju responded swiftly; his price was fair, and unlike others, he patiently listened as I described needing both manual pumping followed by machine cleaning. The plumber arrived within 1.5 hour—a remarkably fast response time! Once on-site: • The plumber first used a manual pump. • Then switched smoothly to advanced drain-cleaning machinery. • The entire blocked U-tube pipe cleared entirely; debris pushed into main sewage lines. During cleanup: Faint tapping sound suggested small objects (possibly cement/stones ) dislodging through pipes. The plumber also noticed slow water flow from handbasin and went above expectations to manually used his hand to pump until drainage accelerated! The whole unblocking process finished under 30 minutes! This relief meant no more monthly purchases of Plumbr Anti-Clog liquid! A valuable lesson learned too: Before moving into resale flats especially older ones, always hire professionals first—to clear all drains thoroughly. Previous owners' hair/cement/debris often hide clogs unseen! Now whenever we bathe? We enjoy crystal-clear running water sounds through showers... No more drain odour.... No need anymore buying chemical cleaners either. Overall service excellence: From Raju’s attentive communication to efficient staff execution, this earns him five stars without hesitation! Very satisfied!

07 Dec 2025. Called them to repair a leaking tap. Quoto 160, it was evening time. They came on the same day, great service. Found the connecting pipe worn out, added 60 to change. Got to go on, no choice. Change to a new tap. Works fine. 15 Feb 2026. The new tap was leaking from the sprout. Was inform to fix it, need 80. It's a brand new tap provided by then, less than 3 month it's leaking. If you need it fix fast, recommend them. But follow up? Pay more

Bala was the 5th plumber I've called to enquire about my washer / dryer hose water overflow and I'm happy he's got the issue fixed within 30 mins! Job well done ! A very patient and knowledgeable plumber. Willing to hear and view the foto of the water overflow. And even took time to explain to me on the phone how to fix and resolve the issues unlike the 4 plumbers I've called earlier. Plumber 1 was asking what brand and model of washer and dryer and never return my call ! Plumber 2 never even willing to view the foto and said required heavy machine to clear the choke ! Plumber 3 asked me WA my address, inspection $50, charges depends on what kind of services rendered ! Plumber 4 sounded no interest to take up the job ! Asked me to check my washer and dryer connections !
