Bought toilet bowls from Uniqool recently and I’m really happy with them. Great quality and they look good too. Would highly recommend Liz as she was super helpful and quick to respond whenever I had questions. What really impressed me the most was the after-sales service and how she help me to settle my issues that i have faced. it made everything really easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend Uniqool if you want good products and awesome customer service!

Very disappointed with how Uniqool handled an issue caused by an incorrect product recommendation. I purchased at least 10 items from the shop, including a wall-hung toilet bowl and brushed-gold flush plate recommended by Derek. During installation, we discovered that the flush plate was too small and incompatible. It then took an entire month for them to conclude that an additional device was required — which would also require hacking the completed bathroom tiles, making the proposed solution completely impractical. I subsequently checked with another shop and discovered that Uniqool had recommended the wrong flush plate. There is another compatible model in the brushed-gold finish I wanted, which would resolve the issue without hacking the tiles. I informed Derek and requested a refund for the incorrect item and an immediate replacement with the correct one. Instead of taking responsibility, he avoided my calls and repeatedly asked me to accept a replacement without a refund. He could not confirm when the replacement would be available and even refused to obtain it from another shop which I had identified as having stock. It is now nearing 1.5 months without a proper resolution. Mistakes can happen, but what is unacceptable is the lack of ownership and urgency afterwards. I have had to identify the actual problem, find the correct solution and even locate available stock myself. This is particularly disappointing given the number of items I have purchased from Uniqool. I hope management will intervene and resolve this properly — refund the incorrect flush plate and provide the correct compatible brushed-gold replacement promptly, at no additional cost to me. I am posting this review in the hope that management will take responsibility and respond appropriately

Be warned: We had an extremely frustrating experience with Uniqool, including our order being delivered more than a month late. We chose Uniqool because of its good reviews. They weren't the cheapest option, but our salesperson, Derrick, initially appeared knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience after making full payment for the order was very different. Our biggest issues: Missing item: A pop-up waste was missing from our delivery and wasn't even listed on the delivery manifest. We only received it about a month after our original delivery date. Incompatible product: We were sold a tap that was incompatible with our basin, despite having provided Derrick with the basin's dimensions and photos beforehand and being reassured that the tap would fit. This resulted in additional hassle and ultimately required a refund. Repeatedly missed commitments: Almost every deadline we were given was missed—including the tap refund. More frustratingly, when we followed up, we sometimes received explanations that were inconsistent with what had previously been communicated to us. The biggest problem wasn't simply that mistakes happened. It was the repeated failure to follow through on commitments and the lack of reliable communication. We kept having to delay our renovations due to uncertainty from Uniqool. For comparison, we had a much better experience with King Eco, located right beside Uniqool. They were more responsive throughout, delivered our items properly, and in our opinion have a nicer range of bathroom fittings as well. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend doing your due diligence before purchasing from Uniqool. Good reviews and a helpful salesperson during the initial consultation are one thing—what matters is how the company handles things after you've given them your money.

Dishonest seller. Bought an American standard wc from Lazada from 8.8 and then tell me no stock today but never tell me what to do. After I go physical shop at Geylang, tell me I have to cancel stock as they will not honour the price citing price increase for next shipment (which is total rubbish because many other shops are selling this with stock). No integrity and if not willing to honour price why list and sell in Lazada in the first place? And shop assistant (9Aug, around 430pm) was not apologetic and simply didn’t bother. Buyers beware.

Terrible customer service - uses lousy excuses like "just sold out" and then doesn't even do any form of service recovery but gives one line replies. The recent reviews on Google shows exactly how this company behaved. The items are still listed on sale on their platform with a higher price, but they claim just sold out - even if you have them 2 months to deliver it because there is no ETA.

It was FANTASTIC! From guiding me to ur shop to showing the way for me to get home from the bus stop. That’s Liz !. Excellent customer service. Liz went the extra mile. Just as good if not better than 5-star hotel service! One staff like Liz is good enough to WOW customers! It leaves an indelible memory. Liz herself is more effective than $$$ spent on advertisements!

I discovered that I need to press one star in order to post. They are not even worth one star. Went down today (12 July 2026) to collect two bathroom corner baskets. When I asked for a plastic bag to carry them, two staff members flatly refused, claiming they didn't have any—even when I mentioned any used bag would suffice. Not everyone drives, and expecting customers to carry bulky retail purchases entirely empty-handed is poor service. While bringing your own bag is ideal, a retail shop should at least provide a basic carrier for purchases. Looking closely, their high ratings are all from a while ago; their recent reviews tell a much worse story. I do not recommend this shop. Save yourself the trouble and get your bathroom necessities elsewhere.

If I can grade zero star, I will. I purchased a shower heater during sale at Lazada. The item was delayed in delivery, when I contacted the seller, he said the item sold out. However, when I checked on Lazada, the store is still selling the item at a more expensive price. I contacted Lazada and they said that there is nothing they can do. The seller is unreliable and I do not recommend to buy from this seller.

16 June 2026 Very disappointing service experience. I confirmed and paid based on repeated assurances that stock for my toilet bowls was available and that delivery could support my renovation timeline. However, when delays occurred, updates were not provided proactively and information only came after repeated follow ups. Despite earlier commitments that delivery would be arranged the following week, and later reconfirmation that delivery would be completed by 17 June at the latest, I had to follow up again on 16 June with Derek, only to be informed at the last minute that delivery would be delayed again. Calls were not attended and communication throughout was poor, creating unnecessary stress and uncertainty. As a result, I incurred additional costs to extend my hotel stay and spent significant time coordinating around changing arrangements. Delays can happen. What is unacceptable is repeated commitments that were not met, lack of proactive communication, and customers having to repeatedly chase for updates. I am still waiting to see how this matter will ultimately be resolved.

Was served by Mandy and she was very patient with all my questions before and after sales. Very courteous and not pushy at all. Got my Becker toilet bowls from her after going through many shops. Highly recommend her to all.

Highly recommended Uniqool if you would like to get vanities for your home. The team and Mandy who serves us did a great job. We face certain hiccups along the way but they are able to provide us advice, suggestions for us to make decisions. They are fast in responding too! Specially thanks to Mandy too for supporting and helping us to coordinate for the entire process. We got almost 95% of the vanities and also ceiling fans from them!

Visited Uniqool at Geylang as i wanted an American Standard toilet bowl, was attended by Mandy who served us very well, answering all our queries, no hard selling. Brought an American Standard Acacia Supasleek for my small bathroom, double vortex flush was strong. Mandy also provide prompt after sales support. Recommended.

I went to this shop under my colleague's referral and I must say the customer service staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mandy. She has manifested a wide product knowledge and able to cater to my stringent requirements while maintaining reasonable pricing with quality. Her after sales service and efficiency to address my issues are truly commendable. I do recommend to purchase from her in future. I have attached photos of my master bathroom and common toilet whereby all bathroom major items and accessories are from Uniqool. Thanks for the excellent job!

Store is clean and well lit~ They also carry some tap models under Kohler that are not common. One of the staff (Mandy) was very friendly and willing to help to check the existing stock available and to answer any other queries I had.

I first discovered Uniqoo kitchen sink on Lazada, and it immediately caught my attention. My ID and I decided to visit their showroom, and we were very impressed with the experience. Mandy was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. She explained everything clearly and even informed us that we could use our Climate Voucher there. Excellent service and great product quality highly recommended! I’ll definitely come back again in the future.

Staff ( Mandy) was very knowledgable on her company’s products and very helpful in giving advice to what is really needed. She was very patient in my request even after I done purchasing in the shop. Plumber was good too in giving advice on where should I put my accessories. Like the height of the towel rack, how it will avoid the head banging. Toilet roll placement too, as toilet was too squeezy, he advice in mounting in to the cabinet. Good recommendation to buy ur toilet accessories in their shop. U can buy almost everything u need for ur house in 1 stop shop.

Had been trying hard to find a trustworthy store to purchase a instant water heater. Had an instinct to walked into Uniqool @ 615 Geylang Road at the last min before the store closes on Sunday. Was met by a cheerful sale staff Mandy and she willingly recommended a compatible instant water heater and even willing to restart their sales machine to help me check price and went to search for the model and helped me claim the Climate Voucher!
