I have been using GoodCool for servicing my Aircon for the past 2 years. They are prompt in the service and send me reminders to arrange servicing when it is due. My work schedule mostly does not allow me to confirm the slot quickly but GoodCool is very accomadating and always finds a suitable slot for me and sometimes even reschedule due to last minute changes. Strongly recommend them.

Great service as always. Engineers are patience, friendly and polite. Without failed they always check the history on previous services done/problems, before they work on the untis. Alternative solutions will always be recommended. Thank you for being attentive

Excellent service. Service personnel came to clear the choke pipe. Managed to identify the problem area and remove the cement blockage. Saved money by engaging GoodCool as another company wanted double the price for chemical wash that would not have resolved the problem.

Complete Aircon Chemical Overhaul is fantastic, highly recommend this service if your aircon is not cold. The team that come over is known to me as Mr Wong (& a teammate) dated 4 Sept 2026, they are very patience and meticulous. Willing to answer my queries on which aircon mode to use, so that we can extend the longevity of all 3 unit.
