We chose PassionAir to replace our aircon system as they have a long history with Daikin and great reputation. They were very prompt to visit, quote and then deliver within days. They use their own install team, who protected all surfaces before starting work, and completed the job within the day. We are very happy with the workmanship and quality of the Daikin units.

I installed 4 units of Daikin aircon in my house including other ducted ones. The 4 units of Daikin kept breaking down within a month, first it’s the control panel, then it’s noisy sound, then one after another stopped working, they came to fill In gas, and it would drain within a week or two. Passion Air kept sending us people who doesn’t repair the problem and just kept asking Daikin to come and they check and say it’s connection issue, whatever it is, my issues still have not been resolved and kept recurring after months. Very disappointing. I thought Daikin is the better brand compared to others.
