My previous air conditioner(another brand) served me for a period of 5 years, but I was not satisfied with the installation from the very beginning. The trunking was incorrectly done, leading to constant issues that required me to call for service. Therefore, before engaging 25 Degrees to install my new air conditioner Mitsubitshi of 4 units, I conducted thorough research. I reached out to CY and shared my previous experience, expressing my desire to avoid a similar situation. CY understood my concerns and made an effort to provide me with a detailed explanation and educate me about air conditioning systems. While the price offered by 25 Degrees was competitive, it was the best price I had come across so far. I was truly impressed by the precision and meticulousness with which CY's team installed my air conditioner. They approached the task with enthusiasm, arriving at my house with smiles on their faces. They took pride in their work and completed the job within the agreed-upon timeframe. I would like to extend my gratitude to CY for leading such a great team, and please convey my thanks to your team as well. I will definitely recommend 25 Degrees to my friends who are in the process of purchasing new homes and starting families.

I have compared 10 aircon companies in terms of price, quality of work and availability for credit card payment. 25Degrees is my preferred choice. Everything went on smoothly with trust. CY managed it in a fast and effective way. I have purchased Mitsubishi System 3 & 4 for two different locations. CY team lead by Ravi and Sharif conducted the replacement work professionally. Will recommend anyone that needs aircon.

Wrong aircon installed. A cheaper brand was installed instead. The aircon was replaced with the correct model after 3 days. Had to contact and chase a few times to get it replaced. Not sure why the company doesn’t make us sign against a delivery order/invoice to check. Our ID coordinated the delivery and didn’t know what we ordered.

Installed Daikin system 4 aircond with CY. Water leaking from one of the aircond during first day and it was a start of nightmare. Constantly need to fix and multiple issues popping up. 2 years now and still ongoing issues, water leaking from 1 aircond, fixed already then leak at another aircond and had to remount because wasn’t evenly leveled. Then 3rd aircond also leaking water. After all that misfortune events, the valve and PCB on the compressor got issue. Aircond sometimes hot sometimes cold. Initially got 5 years warranty and then said not covered. Suey Max. Do yourself a favour, find another company.

I just replace my System 4 with a newer version of the Starmex. Pretty much value for the money. Systematically removed my old machines. Appreciative of YM responsiveness and he was around to review the work with me so as to conclude the transactions. Satisfied.

Recently installed my system 4 aircon with 25 degrees. YM whom I contacted was very responsive, and able to provide advice on placement and size for the aircon. Trunking was done neatly and the installation team worked well with my interior designer to ensure suitable placement of trunking. Now happily enjoying the nice cool air in my new place thanks to YM and team.

CY is helpful and responsive when I approached him to drop by for an onsite visit and meeting with my contractor. We have gotten the mitsubushi starmex system 3 from him. We have yet to move in but will be engaging his team for the aircon servicing too!
