Yaza , Win did my aircon installation. They arrived right on time and were very polite. They discussed the trunking routes with me clearly before drilling any holes. The installation was neat, and they checked the drainage gradient properly to prevent future water leaks. After finishing the setup, they cleaned up the work area completely and tested every unit to make sure it was cold and quiet. Highly recommended for their professional workmanship!

I was searching for an air conditioner installer to suggest a new system to replace my 25-year-old Carrier system, which has badly corroded inside and out. A friend recommended Infinite Aircon to me. Yesterday, the new air conditioner was successfully installed. My family and I are pleased with the new, cool, and quiet unit. I want to express my gratitude to their entire team: Alvin and another gentleman (whose name I forgot) are surveyors who visited and provided advice on how to route the new trunking and piping. The old trunking and piping in the main bedroom were hidden inside the wardrobe, making it challenging for the installers. Miss Foo, the sales and admin coordinator, was very patient in following up and sending me new quotes. I had trouble deciding on the air conditioner models and asked her many questions. She provided me with information that helped me make my decisions. Technicians San and Nyi were very professional during the installation. They arrived on time at 10:30 am and worked all day without major breaks until 9:30 pm. They helped patch up the drilled wall holes, offered advice on using the air conditioner, and even swept the floor of rust and debris. I highly recommend Infinite Aircon to any family looking for a reliable installer.

their office is prompt with responses over WA. Had a good impression of their service so decided to go with them instead of somewhere else. On installation date, they were on time, and finished on time too. Yaza and Win did the NEATEST job that I feel very compelled to leave them a glowing review. Trunking was very neat, patching up well done, sweeping of debris thorough, and they wrapped up the aircons properly. They answered my questions patiently too. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much Alvin from Infinite Aircon and together with team of installers Min and Sai for their professionalism throughout the whole process from start to the end. Alvin came down for a site review and advised us on how the installation will be done. Followed by the dedicated hard work on the day of installation itself from protecting our current furniture to drilling of holes, putting in new wirings, casings, insulation, pipings etc and tidying up once everything was done. Much appreciated Infinite Aircon! 5 stars for your team. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
