Before moving out, I used their 2-hour cleaning service for the first time, and it was really good. Even the corners I usually couldn't clean were spotless. I was comparing Hire Mop service with my current cleaner, whom I engage on a fortnightly basis, as I wanted to see whether there would be any difference since cleaning supplies were provided.
Unfortunately, I did not find the results to be any better. I still prefer using my own cleaning tools and detergents for my toilets, as well as my own vacuum equipment for the house, as these consistently give me better cleaning results.
I also do not prefer using a duster for dusting work. Therefore, I will continue with my current cleaner, whom I have been engaging regularly.
However the cleaner is sweet and courteos. Thanks Hire Mop for trial.

Overall, the booking and WhatsApp reply process was smooth and easy. The cleaner arrived right on time for the 2-hour session. However, the quality of the work makes me think 2 hours might not have been enough...?
My unit is a 5-room HDB, and the tasks assigned were vacuuming/mopping the floors and cleaning two toilets. I also asked the cleaner if it was possible to wipe down the main gate. While the cleaner tried to cover everything, but the master bedroom toilet floor wasn't properly scrubbed and was left feeling quite slippery, so I had to wash it again myself.
Hope this feedback helps improve the service.
