Engaged Royals for mattress cleaning, and then engaged them for sofa cleaning again 2 months later. For both times, I reached out to multiple cleaning companies to request fee quote and a description of services. Royals provides a very competitive offering, and the fee is one of the best in the industry for the level of service it offers. Beyond the fees, I’m a happy and satisfied customer. In particular, they did a fantastic job with my sofa. It’s supposed to take 2 hours but Leon and team stayed for 4 hours to clean my sofa 🙏🏼 They are thorough, attentive, detailed to ensure didn’t miss out anything. there’s a difference when someone just wants to get the job done, collect money and leave ASAP. However, Leon and team went above and beyond to make sure cleaning is done properly with strict quality control 👍🏼

Engaged Royals cleaning for home curtains. The specialist came and explained the procedures that will be done and the whole process took slightly more than an hour. After cleaning, the specialist also explained what has been done and the condition of our curtains and how to maintain going forward. The curtains certainly look cleaner and feel fresher.

I highly recommend Royal's Cleaning and Leon whom helped to do a deep clean of my Fabric Sofa on a Sunday 28th June, in the evening. The stained was caused by my Toddler's vomit so I wanted a quick fix before the start of the busy week. It was difficult to find someone whom could provide express service on a Sunday so I think that the fare was very reasonable and fair. I am pleased with the results and highly recommend Royal's cleaning for all forms of services whether it is sofa cleaning or otherwise.

Leon from Royal Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my mattress. He was professional, punctual, and very thorough in his work. My bed looks and feels much cleaner after the service. He also provided great customer service, patiently explaining the cleaning process and answering all my questions. Highly recommend Leon and Royal Cleaning for anyone looking for quality mattress cleaning services!

Royals' proprietary methods are EXCELLENT far above any other I've engaged before As a home owner and landlord, I've engaged MANY upholstery cleaners before. And none have delivered results like they have. I wasn't expecting too much as these set-in stains (see first 2 'Before' pictures) are a couple of years old but Leon and his team were very helpful to suggest which method is best. In the end, I chose the advance cleaning treatment for an additional cost per mattress. And by the end of the "spa treatment" ... all the stains are lifted and my mattresses are looking like brand new. Just look at the 'After' close-ups. I highly recommend Royals and their team for their dedicated service. They were careful and very thorough. The money was well-worth it. For anyone looking for a no BS consult, ask Royals.

As with fellow reviewers, I strongly recommend Royal Cleaning. I used them in the end-of-tenancy curtain cleaning. Their response was not only instant, but they also answered thoroughly to my technical concerns and came up with a smart and flexible solution, despite it was the last minute request and very late in the evening. I especially appreciated their kindness but also professionalism and client first mindset. The cleaning result was of course amazing. Thank you very much.

I have had an excellent experience with Royals Cleaning. Needed an end-of-tenancy cleaning before CNY and after multiple refusals, I was lucky to come across Royals Cleaning. Not only they managed to squeeze me in on a very specific date, but they were always fast to respond, professional and nice to deal with. On the d-day, they showed up on time and with a very nice attitude. I had a very tricky situation to deal with the landlord’s agent who was extremely picky and pushy and the manager only replied with professionalism, calm and flexibility. The team came back for touch ups as requested, and they nicely did on a Saturday just before CNY, without additional costs. Actually prices are 100% transparent from the beginning, no extra / GST and no matter how many hours they need to finish the task, which I also greatly appreciated. I recommend Royals Cleaning and would definitely hire them again!

Engaged Royals Cleaning for sofa and curtain cleaning and I’m really satisfied with their service! The curtains came out spotless — all the dust was completely removed. My sofa looks even whiter than when I first bought it. Leon was very friendly and took the time to explain the cleaning process clearly. Excellent service overall, and I’ll definitely engage them again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a super last minute request (close to CNY too) due to an emergency and they responded near instantly, and managed to squeeze us in. Service was really good, efficient, thorough and conscientious. Really appreciative and would definitely come back to them again! We cleaned our mattress, pillows, bolsters, and they cleaned a couple of our small soft toys too :)

We engaged Royals for post reno cleaning. The boss Leon and his big team helped us out a lot by clearing reno debris including powdery dust that was everywhere. Leon was accommodating and got his team to help us deep clean some difficult spots. He was patient and did not rush the process.

Engaged them for a post-renovation cleaning in December 2025. Very satisfied with Leon and his team's dedication to ensure cleanliness of the house. The team put in not a couple of hours effort but an entire day's worth of dedicated effort and at the end of the day, he and his team walked us through the work done and wherever there was a missed spot or anything that we pointed out, it was rectified immediately. He never rushed us through the process and asked us to check thoroughly and made sure we are satisfied with the work done by his team. As Leon shared that their mission is for the client's satisfaction and clean until move-in condition, it was achieved. Thanks again!

Our daughter was deeply stressed and sleepless when the family cat wet her mattress. We called Royal Cleaning to clean the mattress and despite their busy schedule, they were able to squeeze us into their roster for same day cleaning. The job was handled by Leon, who was very professional and throughout, and took the time to explain the cleaning activity and sequence. After 4 hours we have a well cleaned mattress without the urine stench and most importantly, our daughter was able to have a peaceful sleep.

I hired Royals Cleaning Services for their gaming chair cleaning service, to deep-clean my Apol Kraken Fabric chair that hadn’t been cleaned in about three years. The transformation was incredible; stains vanished, odors lifted, and the fabric feels fresh and renewed. The technicians were punctual, professional, and very thorough. I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely recommend Royals Cleaning Services for anyone wanting to bring life back to their upholstery.
