AI summary
Reviews describe regular home and office cleaning by named helpers, chiefly Star and Naw Naw, plus post-renovation cleans led by Jason, with customers praising initiative and punctuality. Of 47 written reviews, 13 say they used the business again, 4 say the problem was fixed, 2 say the helper came quickly and 1 says they knew the price first. It is rated 5.0 from 137 Google reviews, 15 of them from the last 12 months, and every written review is five stars. Because praise is tied to named helpers, ask for the same one each visit, and for post-renovation jobs confirm the scope with Jason first.

We are very impressed with the office cleaner’s (Lai Lai) positive attitude and professionalism. The office is always clean, neat, and well maintained. She takes pride in her work and consistently delivers excellent service. We sincerely appreciate her dedication and commitment. Very satisfied with the cleaning service. The cleaner (Janice) is punctual, polite, and does a thorough job every time. My house feels clean and fresh after each visit, especially the bathroom. The cleaner always washes the basin trap and the floor trap. Thank you for the great service. I trust this cleaning company (Best Cleaning Agency) and would highly recommend them.

I am very satisfied with the staff Star and Cyla for their house cleaning service. Engaged Best cleaning agency for the first time and they deserve a five star. They are punctual and arrived earlier than scheduled. Meticulous in all the cleaning details and make sure that they didn't miss any spot in cleaning. They cleaned all the windows and grills and cabinets and furnitures and other areas. Also asked me whether are there anything else I would like them to clean. They even helped me to resolve the window stain issue which normal glass cleaning solution did not work. They did not give up and wanted to make sure the windows are really clean and finally found the solution to solve the problem. Now my windows are sparkling clean and spotless. Other people would have just let it be without trying. Thank you to them for taking the effort. Good team work and service by Star and Cyla 👍🏼 Definitely will engage this company's service again and recommend to others. 👍🏼
