The part time maid sent by Comfyhomes is always the same helper every week. The part time helper is very familiar with our house cleaning needs and we do not need to brief her every week. She is detailed and take feedback positively. Thank you!

We engaged Comfy Homes for more than 5 years, have very good experiences with the all the helpers that were dispatched to us. They are all professionally trained and have very positive attitude. Engaged Comfy Homes' services and the staff are very good. Only needed to guide them once and they are able do the job well. Had gone on to increase the services from once to twice a week, even though we had a different staff coming in the transition was seamless. All are experienced and good at their work. Really appreciate their help and good work!

Jenny is well trained; efficient; courteous & friendly, very thorough cleaning service on a weekly basis. She spot those extra details which make all the difference. Amazing and very responsive customer service. They were quick to provide someone for us , at the our requested days. Yuyu is simply fabulous , she has many years of experience , speaks English well and was able to do all the chores within the allocated time. She is proactive and went out of her way to assist us with doing things using her own initiative like tidying up my children’s toys and our kitchen cabinets. Very impressed with the quality of work and will definitely recommend her and Comfy homes to everyone! Thank you Yuyu!

Ted and his team deliver outstanding service at a reasonable price. We used them for years across two different addresses and have never been disappointed. His staff are timely, polite and very skilled. They always let us know in advance what supplies were needed and we never had to ask more than once for any adjustment in cleaning. Once they know how you like your place to be cleaned they are on automatic pilot. They even take care to work extra quietly around you if you are home while they clean. We have recently added a new puppy to the family and needed to change to a live in helper otherwise we would still be using Comfy Homes.

They are not flexible enough. After fixing the time then cannot change and some more charge you the session that I need to change without first telling me that it will be chargeable. Also the Chinese maid can’t even know how to iron a jeans. After ironing there is an ironing mark 骨in the middle front of the trousers. Their flexibility and workmanship are sucks

Really good experience liaising with Ted of Comfy Homes. He arranged a weekly helper for my family and his colleague Ken introduced her to us on her first visit and ensured all was in order for her to start. The team has been very accommodating and prompt in responding to my cleaning request. The cleaner allocated to me has also been good in understanding my priorities when cleaning...but since she's not fluent in English, I just need to explain slowly or show her the task needed in order for her to grasp the ask.

Full of mistakes (sends staff on the wrong day, incorrect invoicing), yet very inflexible scheduling (you will have to forfeit your slot of you can't have it done on a certain day) and worst of all (and this is what's triggering this post) rude staff (Ted). If you can live with that, then the cleaners are actually ok.

We have engaged the services of Comfyhomes for general housekeeping since we moved to Singapore in 2011. They have given us excellent service over the last 12 years. The helpers do a great job with a smile and there’s never any room to complain with regard to the quality of work. The communication & coordination with the main office is always seamless and they’ve always tried to accommodate any special requests that we may have.
