It is my first time engaging a cleaning company to assist with general cleaning plus they provide upholstery services as well. Booking was fuss free via Whatsapp and the response was quick and explanation was clear. Booked for a 4hr general cleaning and 2 upholstery (mattress and sofa). Theo arrived timely and introduced his team Joe and Sandar who will be assisting in the services. Sandar assisted with the cleaning of windows, dusting, surface cleaning, vacuum and mopping. Honestly, we have not cleaned our windows for quite some time and we did minimum dusting on our own. It was definitely very pleasing to the eye to see that the areas being up. Joe assisted with the upholstery and also stepped to clean some areas when he was done. Thank you Theo for walking through after the cleaning and also big thanks to Sandar and Joe as well. Will definitely engage them the next time.

Chanced upon their TikTok page and decided to engage the upholstery service. Fixing an appointment was straightforward, and I even got the National Day promo. Fairuz was friendly and efficient — he cleaned our mattress, sofa, and computer chair. While some long-time stains couldn’t be fully removed, the items now look visibly much cleaner. Strongly recommend considering their service!

Fairuz came for deep cleaning of 2 mattress and 4 piece leather sofa. He did a very good job and the removed quite a bit of dust from mattress and sofa looks much better. Will recommend him.

Dustaway stands out in its speedy and professional response turnaround time. They even followed up on the next day of my enquiry which is something I really appreciate. Their staff Fairuz and Joseph are polite and diligent in carrying out the cleaning thoroughly. I am very pleased by the stark difference in my floor tile after cleaning and how they even moved my fridge and washing machine so that they could access all floor surface area properly. Their operations manager Theophilus was also on site to ensure that the cleaning is done properly. Highly recommended.

Dustaway is truly a very good cleaning company for an OCD like me. The company has sent his operation manager and supervisor to come down and supervise and clean with their employees. Very responsible employees they have. Theophilus, Fairuz, yin and Thazin have indeed done a very good job. This will be the cleaning company I would want to engage in future. Thank u guys 👍

Dustaway services did a thorough cleaning of my queen sized mattress, sofa and dining chairs too. Can see a significant difference after the cleaning. The furniture look much better and brighter. The team consisting of Theo and Mr Joseph were very helpful and friendly.

Contacted Dustaway and other companies to service our apartment with full cleaning inside and to clean the patio. Dustaway were first to respond and provide terrific value as well as a quick time slot. The cleaning team were brilliant. Manager Theo with his crew Joe, Fairuz, Lwin, Lala and Sandy arrived at 9am on time and immediately started inside and on the patio. After several hours the team had finished and our apartment and patio were back to day one condition. We were amazed at their clean up and the attention to detail all the team provided. Highly recommend to appoint Dustaway for your inside and outside cleaning requirement. Thank you all especially Theo who even went back to his base to bring more chemical to tackle the patio and brought it back to new 👌

I have great experience with Dustaway cleaning service, from customer service to the cleaning team, they are very helpful and friendly people. Special thanks to the cleaner team Mr OM Theo who is a very nice guys, friendly and the rest of the team Joe, Fairuz, Ei Phyu, L win & San San who make my house very clean now.. overall they're very recommended and you dont have to worries when you engaged with them.

We had a wonderful experience with Dustaway services. During the team's first visit, they thoroughly cleaned my daughter's bed and bed frame, as well as our bed. When they realised that our bed frame's headboard was made of leather, they didn't just proceed with the wrong products. Instead, they proactively arranged a second visit with the appropriate cleaning supplies to ensure it was cleaned safely and properly. I really appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right rather than taking shortcuts.
