1. Punctual and responsible. This is a repeat engagement. The spring cleaning job is up to expectations. Price is reasonable too. 2. Another trip to our tuition centre. Arranged for a deep clean on 1 Sep and am really impressed with the quality of work and level of detail that Sa Aung and team did. They were really nice and polite throughout the session, came really prepared with the tools and equipment. Overall process from enquiry to actual day execution was very smooth as well :) will definitely engage again for the next round of deep clean :)

Representing a resident living in a rental unit and unable to coordinate his own care. Total Cleanz came in with the request to assist and helped to ensure the environment was clean and in livable condition when he returned from the hospital. They were professional and respectful of the environment and of resident's needs.

Fabulous team led by Mr Nityuang! he was very professional, friendly and honest. He was also very helpful when I ask him for some tips on maintenance. He combed through every edge, corner of the house and professionally explained some areas which might need the contractor to take a look. I am immensely grateful that Mr Nityuang and team did a great job, relieving me of the hassle to the cleaning due to work commitments. Thank you very much Total Cleanz and Mr Nityuang and team! Cheryl makes the effort to come down to our place to understand the layout of rooms and areas that need organising. Team is very efficient and splits up effectively. Her team of 7 including herself did our 2 bedroom unit within a day which includes cleaning. So appreciative of their service and attitude as a team.

Engaged for post-reno cleaning. Cleaning staff were polite and quite efficient. Can't say the same for their admin staff. Update: I contacted them on 03-Aug to enquire on availability for site visit on 06-Aug, and cleaning on 08-Aug morning. To which they confirmed both dates were available. I proceeded with the site visit, and requested for the quotation after the site visit. They sent me the quotation on morning of 07-Aug, and told me that the slot on 08-Aug had been released. They claimed that it was a first-come-first-serve basis, and I should have confirmed on 07-Aug. They did not inform that confirmation was required on the day of the site visit, and not confirming would mean releasing the slot. I think it is fair that I review the quotation before confirming. Why would I proceed with site visit on 07-Aug, and ask for quotation if I was not interested to proceed with cleaning on 08-Aug? After a lot of back-and-forth, they arranged for cleaning on 08-Aug afternoon, which coincided with my movers. Being given no choice, as it was going to be challenging to arrange for alternative cleaning company on the following day, I decided to still proceed with them despite the poor customer service so far. They guaranteed that I would be satisfied with their cleaning service. Come cleaning day, they called me at 10am, and asked if I mind changing the cleaning time from 2pm to 11am. I grab down to my new house so they can enter the house. After the cleaning and my moving in, I am disappointed to find that the cleaners had missed a dirty shoe print right next to my bed. I did not realise as it was on my husband's side of the bed walkway. He also noticed that there was still plenty of dust on the top of our (flood-to-ceiling) wardrobe shelves. I noticed that there were marker and pencil marks on our toilet walls which were not cleaned off. Our toilet window frame was also still dirty. The cleaners didn't clean below our sofa as well even though they said they would move the furniture to clean the floor. There were other spots which were missed as well, and my point being, they are not detail-oriented like they claimed. I engaged them due to the numerous great reviews, but my personal experience has been far from the "great quality cleaning" I was promised. It's been an asolutely waste of my time, energy and money dealing with this company. I would not recommend them for post-reno cleaning.

Highly recommended! Experienced window cleaning and toilets. Friendly supervisor and worker worked in detailed cleaning, the taps, stainless steel stains racks, toilet bowl, walls, door, shower head, water pipes and even the drainage pipe. Window every corner was cleaned, spotless! Impressive! Sales rep was very prompt in quoting and responsive to all queries. Don’t hesitate to call them!

I had them over for deep cleaning of the bathrooms and cleaning of many of the windows. The team arrived on time and professionally and quickly delivered their service. They attempted certain stubborn areas a second time to ensure the job got done properly.

I’ve been with Total Cleanz for around 4 years, and they’ve been fantastic. Particularly, Myo has been the best help I could ask for. Myo is meticulous, patient and very efficient. She is excellent with pets - she’s not best friends with my cat - and will do little things around the house that make it more like a home. She is the best cleaning lady I’ve had, after years of searching for one. I highly recommend Myo. Thank you so much for all your help, and for taking care of me and my family.

Needed help with decluttering an old man's house who like to hog things in the house, and found the perfect companion to help with such things! TotalCleanz indeed delivered fast and effective service. I took 1 month to clean but they did it in 1 day! They are aware of my current situation and helped with decision making that best suits the future. Highly recommended as Cheryl (their boss) is someone who sincerely go out of her way to really help those in need!

Nang is the best cleaner I have had. She regularly stays longer than her hours and is a perfectionist. The company is excellent to deal with. My only complaint is that I can't set up a direct debit and have to use Giro (but that seems to be a Singaporean practice)

Have been searching for help to declutter my storeroom. Found Total Cleanz on Google and send them a WhatsApp to enquire. Without delay, they send their colleague to come for a site review. Today, the team came with their equipment and start to work on getting all my stuff out and together with me check what are the item to dispose and what to keep. Once all sorting done, they start to categorize all my items and pack them nicely into my existing boxes. Now I have an items free living room, as all items can now fit into the storeroom, I have an organized kitchen. I also get to know how much household cleaning stuff I have ( can pause buying for some time). Once again, thank you Cheryl and teams for the all the effort and careful thought in making my clutter area neat and tidy.

I have been engaging Total Cleanz annually for pre CNY cleaning for the past years, this is the 3rd time for annual cleaning of my high fans and lights. Just like past years, the team was efficient and effective in cleaning, they came prepared with dust cover for my bed and furniture to prevent the dust from falling on other items during cleaning. This year, as I had a baby at home with me during the cleaning, the team was considerate and will check in with me before using the vacuum cleaner. Thanks again for the good job!

Very happy with the cleaning service provided. The team did an excellent job, especially in the kitchen — the walls were thoroughly degreased and the stove and oven were cleaned extremely well. The cleanup around the washing machine was also done to a very high standard. The staff were professional, polite, and detail-oriented throughout the visit. Overall a great experience, and I will definitely reach out again for future cleaning services.

This is my 2nd time engaging their cleaning service. Doris and Peggy were very prompt in arranging appointments which is so smooth and impressive. Greatly appreciated the hard work of the 3 staffs who cleaned the windows and general cleaning. Staff Win and Xinzhi were both meticulous efficient, as usual. Arrive punctually and job was done within 4 hrs. Thank you for making my home spick and span for cny😁. Will recommend and definitely use them again 👍

I was honestly very overwhelmed to declutter my room at the start, but Cheryl and the team were all so patient, respectful and professional throughout. The whole process felt calm and reassuring, and now the room feels like a completely new space! I have been engaging Total Cleanz for semi-annual spring cleaning for many years. They have never failed. Just have my flat cleaned - sparkling...they cleaned every corner, even the filter i placed in the toilet drainage. The best cleaning service I've ever had...and I am a known OCD. It was the right decision to pay for Total Cleanz decluttering service after all! They helped us reduce a room that had barely any walking space, into a spacious room that can fit a bed once again! We used Total Cleanz for a post renovation clean. Honestly, I was sceptical about an expensive clean after the contractor had his cleaner to a basic clean. But my wife wanted it, so of course it happened :-). I have to say I was wrong. The cleaning made a huge difference. The floor felt a lot cleaner and the ground in dust was almost all gone. The company was very professional and sent 5 people for almost 4 hours for our 1350 sq ft condo and did a totally detailed and thorough job. Added bonus was they inspected all the carpentry and pointed out small defects that we will now have rectified by the contractor.

2nd time engaging the windows cleaning. The team is very professional. They took care to protect our floor and furniture; even pro-actively helped to vacuum the place. House was left sparkling clean.
