I’m very happy with the service from Chem-Dry. The team successfully removed liquid stains from my brand new white sofa in about 10 minutes, which was a huge relief.
The three technicians were polite, professional, and efficient. They were upfront about not guaranteeing full stain removal but still did their best—and the results were excellent. I also appreciated their thoughtfulness in advising me to step out during the application of the protective coating due to the chemical smell.
Overall, a job very well done. Highly recommended!

5.0Bhoomica S.
Engaged chem-dry for 2 carpet deep cleaning and 3-seater sofa deep cleaning with sanitiser. One of my carpet was little worn out and they did an amazing job to not just clean but also restore it to the very best possible, they make efforts to collect and deliver it nicely packed. Sofa cleaning was truly impressive especially as I have a dog and it had drool from dog all over and little discolouration that team highlighted and worked little extra on it. Great team and commendable work.
Response from the business
Thank you so much, Bhoomica, for your wonderful review and for trusting us with your carpets and sofa! 😊

AVOID FOR BAD STAINS - they do not provide an honest estimate of chances they can deal with bad stains. We only engaged them after them pushing giving false confidence. Rug was returned worse condition with disclaimer they said they can’t guarantee anything. Don’t waste your time or money.
Response from the business
Dear Ilse,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must be for you, and we truly appreciate your openness.
We empathize with your disappointment over the stain not being fully removed. As we explained before starting the cleaning, viscose is an extremely delicate material, and its fibers are highly absorbent, making it particularly vulnerable to certain types of stains. In this case, the acidic nature of dog urine can permanently alter the fibers of viscose, often making full stain removal impossible despite our best efforts.
That said, we’re glad we were able to successfully reduced the dog urine odor, and we hope this brings some improvement to the situation. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’d be happy to discuss any additional concerns or options further. Please don’t hesitate to reach out – we’re here to support you.
As you’ve mentioned you no longer wish to keep the carpet, we’re happy to assist by disposing of it for you.
Thank you again for trusting us with your carpet. We deeply value your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to assist you again in the future.
Kind regards,
