Customer service is great and they are so accommodating and flexible to needs (I had a particularly complicated move out schedule due to being in and out of Singapore in my final month of tenancy). First time:
Amara messaged me of her whereabouts, came ahead of time, assessed the place, took photos and let me know what may be faulty or cannot be sparkling clean (e.g. oven). She proceeded to work diligently for 3-4 hours straight, texted me to come up and check the place before she leaves. While checking, she proactively requested me to touch & feel the cleanliness of almost everything so that she can correct it for me if it is not up to my liking. Amara tried her very best and made me feel like it was a cost well spent, and it was also not a rushed job.
Second time:
Service and punctuality remain consistent and excellent. This time round, I requested for the steam cleaning of curtains alongside general cleaning hence May came along with Amara. They both (especially May) treated the house like it is their own and knew exactly the kind of cleaning agent to use for which material, they do not use strong chemicals like bleach, which I appreciate. The most amazing was how well May cleaned the oven tray, photo attached.

Today, I used a move-out cleaning service in Singapore, and I am very satisfied with the experience. A team of three cleaners — Nandar, Japinder, and Noon — came to clean my condo. The unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and the entire cleaning process took around 2.5 hours.
They did an excellent job from start to finish. The condo was cleaned very thoroughly, and everything looked spotless afterward. It honestly felt like there was not even a single speck of dust left behind. The kitchen, bathroom, floors, and all corners of the unit were cleaned carefully and professionally.
What impressed me the most was not only the cleaning quality, but also how friendly and professional the staff members were. They explained clearly which areas had been cleaned, informed me about any special findings or issues, and communicated very politely throughout the process.
Overall, I had a really great experience with this company. The service was professional, efficient, and reliable. I truly appreciate the hard work from Nandar, Japinder, and Noon.
