Engaged Comfort Cool for aircon installation service through my BTO GB. The team is very helpful in terms of advising the best placement of aircon and how much power we should get for each area. The team also kindly helped us cleaned our aircon ledge upon request during the compressor installation, as it was dirtied from BCS rectification works before. I would like to commend Comfort Cool for their service. The sales team were very patient with my many questions on the best fit for the units in my new house, and gave me many recommendations. The team was super efficient! Boss came down to do site measurements at a very short notice and piping was done neatly. As my timeline was quite rushed, they could also accomodate to it. Installers were all very patient and nice and they were very careful - even helping to wrap it up when the aircon has been installed since there are still Reno works going on. Handy man damage aircon unit and condenser during installation. Keep quiet and run off without informing user and the boss. Only user inform the boss and boss came down to inspect. Should have came down with the handy man and made him apologize to user. Anyone or new user using this service, kindly be extra careful and check everything properly after the repairman have finished their job.
